Shipping Policies: Orders placed before 12:00pm (Eastern Time) may take up to 1 business day for processing before shipping out. Delivery times are stated in business days, and do not include order processing times. Our shipping providers do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. All orders must be shipped by designated carrier service (no will-call or pick-up) and deliveries may require signature for release.
Ground Shipping: Routinely delivered within 2-7 business days. Please note that these are only approximate delivery times as provided to us by the shipping carrier. For faster delivery time, select Second Day Air or Next Day Air. Orders may take up to 1 business day for processing before shipping out.

Additional Shipping Information: All shipping prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. C.O.D. orders cannot be accepted. ShopTronics does NOT ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO. Overseas addresses. We can not guarantee delivery times and quoted delivery times are for guideline purposes.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on total weight, dimensions, and distance of your order to your destination.
Most items sold on the Internet are packaged for display by retailers, not to be shipped individually. Therefore, we take great care in double boxing and securely packaging your order for shipment to protect it on its journey to you.
- Returns Policy
You may return new, unused items sold and fulfilled by ShopTronics within 30 days of order date (not delivery date) for a refund. All items must be returned as new in their original packaging, including all accessories, cables and manuals. Missing items will be charged based on suggested retail prices. ShopTronics does not permit the return of or offer refunds for opened software. You may return software provided the software is unopened and sealed in its original packaging. Shipping cost is not refundable and returns must be shipped prepaid by the customer. All returns must be accompanied by a valid return authorization number (RMA) issued by us. A restocking fee will not apply if authorization is obtained. To set up a return for refund call us at 1.888.321.1110 (please have your order number ready).
After 30 days from order date we will not accept returns for refund. If you have received a defective item or wish to obtain warranty service for a product sold by ShopTronics, please contact the manufacturer of the product directly.
Items damaged during shipping will be returned to us and will be replaced when the claim has been processed. All items are shipped insured.
1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
