stated. Beautiful sharp deep colors better than my old RCA 39" HD TV.

Item shipped quick and receive TV in original packaging 3/13/2017 5:45:32 AM
TV shipped the next business day from day I placed my order. Was a good thing the original TV box was placed inside another for shipping because even though the outside of the shipping box said "Fragile", there was a huge, gaping hole at one end. Thankfully, such damage did not penetrate the original TV package as the original TV box was surrounded by those air padding blanket thingies. I even saw notification that FedEx had to put another shipping label on the box because the original was "unreadable". I guess FedEx shipping methods are quite intense.

Great replacement monitor for my Dell system 3/11/2017 9:09:41 AM
The old monitor began developing dark spots. This has been a great economical replacement. Monitor is sensitive to position so you must place it where it can be viewed at eye level. Comes with tilt function but no height adjustment.

Worst service from Express Electronics seller 3/10/2017 8:29:11 PM
I got a TV with an offer of $100 gift card, however they intentionally sent me the damaged TV and I returned them the TV and they took my discount back without replacement. They sent me refund however the loss here is the offer 100$ as well as dragging my money for two weeks. Electronic Express is doing very worst service without any customer satisfactions. Henceforth I won't try to buy anything from newegg because of Express Electronics worst experience. This will loose the goodwill of customers towards newegg.

CHECK THE ANDROID PHONES BEFORE SELLING THEM. The one I got was google account bricked! THERE IS NO WAY TO REMOVE FRP LOCK UNLESS YOU HAVE THE LAST GOOGLE ACCOUNT! I even contacted zte directly!

After three TVs this one was perfect worked like a charm right out of the box one Monitor and two TVs later purchasing Newegg stuff I never had a problem with theirs in my life.. Had 3 DOA. They were very gracious and helped a lot in the returns and the RMA process but this one through a different company on NewEgg was perfect couldn't ask for better Will keep shopping here with no doubts

I am a super patient customer but these guys take the cake and figured out how to make me steamed. They offered a great tv at a good price but offered a 100 newegg credit which made it a grest deal. Ok I decided to give them a shot. TV arrived and looked good until it was plugged in which revealed that it was cracked probably before being boxed by manufacturing not them. So far the seller is not at fault. I called and got the return started making it clear I wanted a replacement not a refund because it was a good deal and I wanted them to honor it. This took several calls to figure out when it would be picked up where the label was coming from etc. Hassle but ok I was still patient and eagerly awaiting getting my replacement tv.

I reviewed their return policy that stated that replacements were available if the item was in stock. ok great. So far so good. But they took forever to process the return. i Waited and waited for almost a week and finally decided to call yet again. I had called many times because these guys simply refused to answer any emails after the first one requesting the return for damaged product within the hour it was originally received. Well after several calls asking them what was going on and trying to coordinate and making it clear I wanted a replacement NOT a refund and me verifying that they had the exact same item in stock....... they issued a refund. Argghhh so frustrating. But I told myself it was just a mistake and to stay patient because when I called back they would see the error and gladly fix the mistake and send the replacement or honor the original promotion and send a new order. Either would be fine. I call back to calmly try and explain that miscommunication over a refund vs replacement continues to ensue and they don't care at all. Don't care about honoring their original promotion. Don't care that they had it in stock and should have given me the replacement item as requested multiple time from the beginning. Didn't care that I was calling to try and nicely clear it up. And they were arbitrarily deciding they did not want to send me a replacement to honor the original offer. Instead they said I could buy it for 50 bucks more and without the newegg 100 credit. So I could buy it now for 150 more just because they sent me a broken one to begin with? What a pile of dog snot. I never see service this bad in this day and age unless I go to a government office.

If you see Electronic Express listed as a seller you should look for another seller pronto. Even if it is a couple bucks more because these guys only make it seem like a good deal when they are actually going to just waste your time and arbitrarily stonewall you if they aren't in the mood to follow their own return policy. Newegg should not do business with a seller like this. They should get the boot. I looked at reviews and found that they did this to other people as well. Shame on Electronic Express and NewEgg for doing business with these terrible business people. Totally unacceptable

Product came with a minor defect, seller was extremely rude and unwilling to assist 3/6/2017 3:29:58 AM
The TV came with a small defect in the display panel. These things happen, so I requested a replacement. Only they don't ship replacements for whatever reason, and offered a return. The deal I purchased this TV from was no longer available, meaning I could only return the TV, and could not repurchase it. I found this out by calling the seller, and was responded to carelessly and incredibly rudely over the phone. They told me in the most condescending way possible that it was tough luck and there would be no efforts on their end to make a new TV possible. I gave a disappointed "thank you" that was met with an under-the-break remark and a hangup. This was over the span of a 2-3 minute phone call.

I can entirely understand an imperfect TV being shipped out, that stuff happens. However, being not only inattentive, but entirely rude to a customer who was provided with a manufacturer's defective product is simply poor business.

On top of that, their return process is terribly structured. I've genuinely had better returns-by-mail back in the 90s. All around a laughable experience that makes me wonder how the likes of Circuit City went under while companies like this one stayed afloat.

Good speakers, but sold as 'new' when they came repackaged 2/27/2017 3:24:04 PM
Purchased 6 for man cave. They were sold as 'new' but every box was repackaged and retaped. Makes you wonder why either 1) seller thought it was necessary to open every box just to check if a speaker was actually in there, or 2) these are not 'new' and but are being sold as such. Maybe it was a good reason like they wanted to test to confirm they are new and working, but if is, state that. Hope they hold up.
