- Returns Policy
Each customer must contact us prior to any return. Return and/or exchange of merchandise must take place within 30 days of receipt of product. All products to be returned must be in unused original condition, including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, accessories, etc. The product's original factory seal must be intact. All refunds will require a return authorization number (RMA) issued by DealYard and the item must be shipped back with a tracking number for inspection and processing prior to refund. If an item is shipped back to us without a tracking number there is no way for us to verify it was shipped if we do not receive it. You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of shipping your package back to us. In many cases you will receive a refund sooner, but we estimate four weeks because of the time required for return shipping (up to 14 days), product inspection at our returns facility (up to 5 business days), and processing from your bank or credit card company (up to 5 business days). Merchandise that is not defective may be returned for a refund in the amount of the item's purchase price minus the shipping cost and a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price of the item. If the order qualified for free shipping we will withhold and not refund the shipping and handling costs incurred by DealYard. We reserve the right to decline any return or exchange where the product is not in acceptable condition. Defective products are eligible for exchange only. In order to continue to offer the lowest prices on the internet, we cannot provide refunds for opened products that are not defective nor can we refund freight or handling charges. Return Shipping Charges:
If there is a problem with your order that was the fault of DealYard, we will take the necessary steps to make it right. We will be happy to reimburse the customer's economy ground return shipping costs in the following situations, provided the customer includes proof of the charges paid:
•The product received was not what was ordered
•The product received was defective (and you have contacted us within 30 days of receipt)
In all other circumstances the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
