Never got my product. Call myself being patient but I will never order from them again. Wish I didn't have to give them egg for ripping me off. Just avoid this seller, so glad it was just something cheap that I really didn't need.

This seller was an absolute hassle. I paid extra to have the item arrive sooner only to have it arrive 2 weeks later than expected. I had to email and call multiple times just to find out when my item would arrive. As for the false advertising, the item was described to have windows installed and activated, but it was only installed. I will have to pay an extra $100 to properly activate windows.

Poor communication, poor product, overall would not recommend.

Slow shipping! I would give it a 2 egg but it was so cheap its still hard to beat. If you're in no rush then it is a deal however if you need it now buy it elsewhere.

Nothing works on this. First off my friend on Skype tells me it has terrible quality and every 10 mins or so the mic breaks and no one can hear you until you unplug and plug it back in. The speaker quality of is terrible my speakers on my phone seriously sound better. That and every 10 minutes or so my headset speakers click REALLY loud almost deafening. The charger doesn't work at all so you have to constantly have it plugged in even while using it otherwise it shuts off.

Literally everything that could be wrong with this mic, is. Terrible terrible mic, terrible terrible company.

I have NOT received the item, going on 3 weeks now. I can't necessarily blame the vendor, because I don't even know if the item was sent. No notification of ANYTHING as yet. A bit shoddy in my opinion, as least an automated email would have been something. But no, nothing except billing me. They got that part right.

Absolutely ridiculous. I buy a Blu-Ray drive from them TWO WEEKS ago. It arrives 13 days after I purchased it. While the drive box clearly says "Wind10" in the compatibility list, it actually isn't. I contact the seller to let them know I want a refund and for them to pay return shipping. This issue should not be on my side. They want ME to pay return shipping. Ridiculous! Second time being burned by a seller on Newegg. I'm just going to stick with (a different marketplace seller since Newegg won't let me post their name.....) 100% from now on. Their customer service is top notch, any customer service here on Newegg is not.

I ordered this piece of poop like a month ago with other parts, didn't come, a week later ordered some more parts, this got here before this, 2 weeks later ordered some more stuff, got here before this, bonk that I'm not even getting this imma cancel, so who knows how long this would've actually taken

Well, after my negative review, the seller contacted me saying that they will refund my purchase and that if I could remove my previous comment. I indicated that I would update my review. Here is what happened afterwards.

I received an RMA from Newegg that had a bar code and a return address - no prepaid shipping label. The instructions said that I should return the item to an address around LA and that I would get my refund upon them receiving the unit and inspection. I packed the mouse, paid for the shipping, got my tracking number. Within an hour, I received two emails from Newegg. (1) They received the package (? - the post office did not even have the tracking information in their system) (2) They issued me my refund. Today, I received an email from the seller saying that there was no need for me to return the mouse and that I could keep it.

In summary, I received most of my money back. Very tiring and confusing experience. I think I will stay away from the market place and only purchase directly from newegg in the future.

I purchased a BT rechargeable mouse that kept losing its pairing with two laptops. I contacted the seller with this information. They asked me what was wrong! I repeated my response. They asked me replace the battery and try again. When I pointed out that the battery was sealed, they asked me if the laptops had built in BT. When I replied yes, they asked if it would be OK if they sent me a partial refund (amount not specified!). I insisted on full refund. I have not heard from them yet.

I have contacted Newegg. They have not responded yet. I'll wait a few more days and then contact VISA to dispute the charges.

It is too bad the Newegg allowed them into their market place.

I ordered a pair of gloves from this seller, took a while to get to me but once they did I was surprised by the quality of the gloves, from the photo they looked to have poor quality compared to what they where actually, either way a pleasant surprise.

I order a bluetooth audio dongle from this seller. The newegg product page said "Ships from Hong Kong. Most customers receive within 4-18 days". Almost three weeks went by before they even shipped it. During that period, the newegg web site said that my order was shipped, but the tracking number was invalid. I contacted Newegg customer service about the lost shipment after two weeks; they sent an email to Tomorrow Top and told me to expect a reply withing 2 business days, but of course Tomorrow Top never replied. Finally, the tracking number showed that the package was accepted for shipment 20 days after I placed the order. Hopefully, I'll finally get the item in another couple of weeks.

I bought a VIBOTON Mini Handheld 2.4G Wireless QWERTY Keyboard . The Keyboard is total trash, poor layout, doesn't work correctly.
I contacted Tomorrow Top to return and was encouraged not to return keyboard even though was inside return window. Seller stated if you really want to return I guess you can. Stay away from newegg market place, only purchase from newegg themselves.
