good product. Came late due to weather conditions....only thing i was really disappointment about was poppin in a DVD and realizing the computer doesnt have the ability to play it! thats crazy....but i ended up downloading a DVD player....other than that and the weird windows 10 that I really do not care for, it is a good product.

I was thoroughly shocked at how fast I received my laptop. I received the tracking number the morning after I ordered. The initial order confirmation said a week, I checked the tracking number a couple days after and was pleasantly surprised when I saw "out for delivery", a full 3 days early.

Horrible experience. The computer I bought was a piece of junk. I thought it was just user error, but my sisters computer connected to our WiFi fine and mine kept kicking me off every 5 minutes or wouldn't even find it.

I did not receive any products from this seller but their overall review ratings from others about their poor handling of customer service issues, led me to cancel my order and order from somewhere else. This product was also less expensive by about 6% at my other source.

I got home to find an open box with zero packing material by my front door. One piece of tape was used which obviously was not enough. Perhaps it was all UPS? i don't know. The actual computer remained with the open box. The computer is sealed in its box with some damage seen on it's box. The computer is a gift for my daughter, i guess we will find out on christmas if it is damaged.

They sold me a used laptop as new! 12/12/2016 3:22:37 PM
Just read the other reviews. This company should not be able to sell through Newegg. They tried to pass off a used Aspire V 17 Nitro as a new laptop. The box arrived and instantly I could tell it had been opened previously. The bottom of the box showed signs of being ripped open as well, so apparently they don't even know how to properly re-box a used item. When I inquired about the issue they offered no explanation, just an RMA. I'm sincerely worried that they won't refund me now. Luckily I have fraud protection for these types of cases. Be warned, this business is shady! Read the reviews, don't purchase from these people.

Stay Away! Premium Electronics is a scam company. They post their items as New and then send you refurbished products.

Bought two "new" computers and got sent two refurbished ones. I reached out requesting that we set up an exchange for the actual new product that they had listed, but they ignored my request and only said that they would allow me to return the incorrect computers. They did not bother to send any shipping labels, so I had to reach out again to get them to send me some shipping labels. They then finally sent me a single shipping label for the two packages I was supposed to be returning. Once again, I have to contact the company and convince them I should not be responsible for the cost of returning their fraudulent product. They finally sent me the final shipping label and I returned both computers, but they have not bothered to issue a refund. Now I will have to contact them yet again in order to hopefully have my money finally refunded.

Dealing with this company is like pulling teeth. Currently, they have committed false advertising and sent a incorrect product. Their response was apathetic at best, and then they have made it as difficult as possible to return their lie. They have wasted a lot of my time, and now seem to have forgotten to return my money a well. Now more of my time must be wated to recover my funds.

This may be Premium Electronics, but NewEgg should also be ashamed for allowing a fraudulent company to to business through their site.

I purchased a Lenovo Flex 3 computer with next day air and it ended up being 2 day delivery instead. I took the computer out a week later after receiving to setup (since I missed my deadline the week before I opened up a week later) the wireless network card would connect for about 5 min and then disable itself. After about a hour of support with Lenovo by remote they diagnosed the board as defective. Premium Electronics charged me a restocking fee for a defective computer and would have take 4-5 days to diagnose so I decided to order a new one through Amz which service was flawless as usual. I tried calling the phone number provided and the mailbox is full so you can't leave a message. In the meantime I have filed a credit card dispute to get the remainder of my refund. I would recommend steering clear of this company.

I decided that I needed to cancel the order and neweggg contacted the seller on my behalf before my credit card was charged, but the seller ignored newegg's request and decided to ship it anyway.

On the other hand, the order was shipped on time and was as described, so if you are buying something from this seller, you are likely to get it shipped on time and get what you ordered. But you will probably get bad customer service if you have an issue with the order.

I would never order from this seller again or through newegg marketplace again, only directly from newegg.

bad buying experience.. I purchased a laptop from premium electronics and the next day it went on sale at new egg for $110 less. premium electronics would not match the price even though I haven't received the laptop it was still in shipping.

I purchased a new PC from NewEgg. When booting, it said it couldnt' activate. Long story short, someone already activated the windows code on my PC. NewEgg couldn't help me (even though they sold me the PC). I spent hours on the phone wth HP finally getting resolution. I've had good experience with NewEgg before. Bad this time.
