This is a deceptive seller - you should not buy from them. 5/26/2017 6:30:50 AM
Item was described as "new." When the laptop arrived it only had four months left of the 12 months warranty. I returned the item. It has been 15 days since the seller received it and I still have not received a refund. Do not go near them!!!

Products are products, but this vendor experience has been miserable trying to get my damaged product exchanged. 5/16/2017 9:42:11 AM
Minor issue: battery did not show as being present after first power on.
Attempted to contact seller to request an exchange, took almost a month before they responded and they just wanted me to buy a replacement battery(which is built in), and then when i got Newegg customer service involved they did agree to RMA but are VERY SLOW to respond to me, and are not responding to Newegg CS anymore at this time.

Sold me a used laptop 5/12/2017 1:47:43 PM
Order a lenovo ideapad 510s and the laptop was delivered within a week. Upon arrival i checked the warranty for the laptop and it just had 3 months remaining. I contacted the Newegg who routed me to the seller who said that they would cover the warranty once the manufacturer warranty of 3 months ends. Now this was not mentioned anywhere on the product description and the product was advertised as new and 1 year warranty. Would definitely stay away from Newegg and Premium Electronics!

The item was late, but I still give the carrier full marks as they shipped the item right away and once the carrier got it to us (they didn't even ring the doorbell the first day they came to deliver!), the item was exactly as promised.

No I won't recommend. I needed shipment rerouted given they could not deliver overnight. I heard from them once the day I placed the order and again 3 days later letting me know they would try and reroute. I was given a phone number to reach seller. That phone number reached a voice mail that was full so no message could be left. I wrote 3 emails over 3 days that went unanswered for 3 days. . I have purchased from New egg for years. But given the totally inadequate customer service, I probably will choose anyone but New Egg. New eggs customer service should be able to assist customers when there are problems or changes with their suppliers. Giving out a phone number that no one answers is not a helpful solution.

The item came on time. My disappointment is due to the item not being pictured very well. It does not capture the cheap feel of the plastic. I understand this is difficult to imply with a picture. When I contacted the seller for a return they are charging a $102 restocking fee (15%). I asked for the fee to be waived and the answer I received merely stated that they could not waive the fee as they are a small company and can not afford to lose the profit. They were very polite. I am choosing not to return the product and pay $102 plus pay for shipping and get nothing for it. The Marketplace truly is hit and miss. Be careful that you will absolutely love what you order because returns are not worth it.

We received a laptop with a cracked screen. Seller does not answer the phone and we can't leave a message because it says the mailbox is full. Newegg needs to crack down on these fly by night operations.

The laptop, while delivered in a timely fashion, came laggy and slow. It would shut off when folded into tablet mode and hibernate randomly in the middle of use. When I requested a refund, Premium was slow to issue a return verification number, but did so eventually. I will be returning this product soon.

I paid extra for expedited shipping - it never even shipped. I went through new egg for an update and the seller never provided one, that was a week ago. I asked for a refund via new egg, they sent it to the seller and i have yet to hear confirmation. Right now the seller has my money, and i have no product. I would rate lower if I could.

Very low...I paid $130 for one-day shipping and received items in 2-days. Contacted Newberg and seller regarding refund of difference to my credit card. Newberg said seller must handle it, but no wo 4/12/2017 6:43:53 AM
No, at this point, I would not recommend this site or seller. If one-day shipping was not available for this item, it should never have been offered as a shipping choice. The seller has never resonded to my request for a refund between the cost of one-day and two-day shipping, which is considerable. From my experience, all i can say is...BUYER BEWARE!
