- Returns Policy
On Hardware All hardware items like printers, faxes, copiers and monitors etc. are guaranteed by the respective manufacturer. In case of defects please refer to the documents inside the product carton to contact the manufacturer directly. Address all warranty issues directly with the manufacturer.
On Consumables Most consumables and supplies like ink cartridges; toners and accessories are warranted by the respected manufacturer. However, Databazaar will handle returns and replacements of most defective products on behalf of the manufacturer. On these items you are therefore encouraged to contact Databazaar directly by filling out the RMA form online.
Note: Replacement, warranty and return of all damaged and defective Xerox and Panasonic items will be handled directly by Xerox, USA and Panasonic, USA respectively.
Returns Acceptance Policy (Please Read Before Requesting RMA)
A return authorization (RMA Form) must be requested within 30 days of the invoice date.
Along with your RMA, you will be issued a FREE pre-paid postage label for sending back your purchases ONLY for the following reasons:
- Databazaar shipping error
- Defective on Arrival – Consumables Only.
A 15% Restocking Fee will be charged on all other returns.
Return freight must be arranged by you for all other returns too.
Returned consumables like ink and toner etc. found to be less than 70% full on return will be charged to your account.
Returned products must be in their original packaging.
If you choose the Refund option, a credit will be effected to your credit card on receipt of the returned product.
If you choose the Replace option, a replacement will be sent out immediately, but if the original return is not received within two weeks, the replacement cost will be charged to your credit card.
Special order items and discontinued items are not returnable.
Irrespective of the address on the carton, all defective material must be returned to Databazaar's main warehouse at: 15321 South Dixie Hwy, Apt #309, Miami, FL 33157

For products that are damaged in transit please notify the carrier immediately and then submit the RMA Form. If you see outward appearances of damage while receiving the goods, you may also choose to refuse delivery and inform Databazaar by e-mail (email@example.com) or phone ( 1-954-510-2656 ; M-F, 10-6 EST ).
1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
