not good delay in delivery cost busines time and money 1/10/2017 12:25:41 PM
i ordered the Hard Drive on December 20th was supposed to receive it within 3 to 7 business days. This SSD hard drive was needed to fix a computer so one of the employees at my business could work. instead i received the Hard Drive 1/9 a full 7 business days after i was supposed to and put me in a bind since i did not have a computer for the user to use. Was not happy with the promised shipping time and what was given when i contacted newegg for support they said they would investigate. and get back to me within 7 business days i told them was not acceptable i was then promised they would refund the money so i could order a new one and nothing was done. I am looking for a new site to use because of this experience.

I'm gonna make a list of all their problems
1. It took 4 DAYS to process my order. To me that is completely unacceptable. With newegg, it takes a few hours
2. According to newegg, my package has already shipped; however, I don't have a tracking number by UPS. This severely worries me.
3. I've read some reviews of this seller, and I wish I looked at some of the other sellers, even if this is the cheapest option.
With some of the reviews, some people have said that they ordered a product and got a completely different product (Ordered: 500GB Samsung SSD Get: 250GB Samsung SSD.) I've also read reviews that the item never showed up OR showed up severely damaged from no packaging. Consider another seller other than this one. I highly recommend it.

I ordered an HGST Travelstar 7K1000 this past week and it arrived in just two days and very securely packed. The bare drive was inside a moisture barrier static protection bag packed inside a small bubble wrap envelope inside a small box inside a larger box surrounded by air bags. This was probably the best packed bare drive I have ordered in 10+ years.

The seller did not use any packing material to send drives that got destroyed, then they refused to pay $10 ups pickup fee to return. They promised to send new drives asap after return, only to inform weeks later that they did not have any in stock. It took all in all 4 weeks for them to destroy 4 drives, make me wait and pay $10 to have nothing to look elsewhere to make a new order. Avoid this seller.

The Artic Liquid Freezer was exactly as pictures and described in the Newegg ad. My package arrived with some damage to the box. That means the packing material wasn't sufficient, or the store sent a package that was already banged around. The other thing was the delay in the package arrival. Everything else from that order arrived within 2-3 business days. This parcel took a full week to arrive.

SLOW SHIPPING; SELLER CHARGED RESTOCKING FEE FOR UNOPENED PRODUCT 12/6/2016 3:29:26 AM
I ordered this hard drive to replace a dead one in my laptop. The item was delayed in the shipping process causing the hard drive to be delivered almost 1 week late. I feel the shipping problem occurred after DHL handed the package off to USPS. It could not be tracked after package was delivered to USPS.

The package was returned to reseller unopened. Reseller charged a restocking fee which was totally unnecessary. This restocking fee caused me to have to waste my time challenging the fee. Newegg customer service issued a credit for the restocking fee.

I will still buy from Newegg, but I don't like the resellers' practices. I felt the restocking fee was unnecessary because the item was returned unopened.

By the time the package arrived, I had ordered another SSD from Newegg. I never opened the lost package and obtained a RMA

If a seller is going to sell through Newegg they should match Newegg in the time it took them to ship the item I would have already had it if it had been sold and shipped by Newegg
