Stay away....buyer beware. 9/27/2016 4:00:51 PM
I would not recommend this seller to anyone, they ship via Am****.com which caused my package to get stolen. Seller refused to send another product out stating they were out of the item one day, and the next day saying the never stocked that sort of item. Their customer service department lacks the knowledge, know how, and compassion needed when dealing with lost and or stolen packages. Overall the transactions that I had with this seller do not live up to my expectations of a Newegg market place seller. This seller not only makes themselves look bad, but they make Newegg look bad.

Worst experience buying a watch..... 8/19/2016 1:20:40 PM
The watch (Citizen Ladies' Eco-Drive Flexible Band watch #EW3154-90A) I received was defective with lots of scratches on the glass / crystal. I reached out to the customer service with the photos of the watch and returned it. I reached out to them again after a week from the day the return shipment reached them, to know that their Quality Assurance team checked the watch and mentioned that the scratches are due to wear and tear. It is highly unlikely to get so many scratches in a day. I am not sure if the Quality Assurance team checked the watch thoroughly before shipping the watch. Newegg has issued RMA but the seller has not honored it yet.

That item was clearly worn after it had shipped from our warehouse. Once an item is worn, our return policy clearly states that we do not offer a refund on it however our warranty still stands and is valid for 2 years from the order date. I returned a Citizen Eco-Drive watch and it was delivered to WatchGrabber on 1/11/2016. Till today, 1/17/2016, there's no sign of a refund. Calling their customer support line invariably goes to voicemail and no-one bothers to respond. In the past week I have succeeded twice in talking to a live person (after calling them non-stop), one person promised me that the refund will show up on 1/15/2016, the other person tells me that they are very busy processing all the returns that are pouring in since Christmas. How is that my problem, you should issue a refund within the stipulated time. This is the worst seller to deal with, I wonder why Newegg even lets this seller on their marketplace. Oh, these guys are not authorized retailers / resellers of Citizen and they sell watches with their own warranty. If these guys can't answer phone calls just imagine the frustration if someone really needed warranty support.

Not what was advertised!!! Dial es 38 mm not 40 mm, definitely not recommend this seller.

Thank you for your purchase. The case width of the watch you purchased is 40mm as we verified by double checking on some of our competitors sites. It is quite easy to get an incorrect reading if you are measuring it yourself, however it is 40mm in width.

DO NOT Buy from Watchgrabber! Defective products 6/23/2015 8:45:14 AM
Avoid at all costs. A new Movado watch was broken in less than 6 months. No replacement is made available. Instead you can choose to pay to ship for repair and wait 2+ months. Then you also have to pay for return shipping. Poor Customer service!!!! It is not worth the discount!!!!!

While the watch was nice, the warranty was not honored by Citizen because the seller was not an authorized reseller. But worse was that the watch had obviously been opened and had the protective labels removed, the crystal had gunk stuck to it, and the box had the UPC code cut from the flap and was worn looking. Watch Grabber put their own 2 year (instead of the Citizen 5yr.) warranty card, but you can't send it to Citizen. They lied in their advertizement. Don't buy from Watch Grabber. This was a graduation gift and it was too late to return it without a problem, so my finger are crossed that there are no problems.

I was very hesistant to buy because of previous reviews but am so glad I did l. The watch came 5 days early and in excellent condition the face was even wrapped to prevent scratches. Beyond pleased with this seller and service.

Seller never sent until one week later, still haven't received it, printed label after I ordered but never dropped it off to ups until a week later according to tracking info. Will never order from again.

I received the the watch that appeared to be in new condition, but it had the seller's tag attached to it, missing the display glass protection that normally come with all Citizen watches and it wouldn't sync the time as per specification for this watch.

Great watch. Love the Eco Drive watches. The problem is that it's a diving watch like good to 300 feet or something like that. It comes with a "leather" watch band. Huh ? And it's really hard to find a watch band that fits that doesn't cost over $30 dollars. AND, Watch Grabber does not carry bands. Their name is "Watch Grabber" so I thought... Anyway, great watch but I need a diving band. Watch Grabber has been responsive and polite. They are just not in the watch band business, I guess.

I am giving a least rating based upon my experience. It was the worst that could happen. Purchased a watch for my birthday and disappointed to see the empty watch box in the mail. Being a preferred customer, did not expect this kind of service. Expecting a replace or a refund and still no reply.

Nice price and watch but be cautious 7/2/2014 6:44:35 PM
I just received my Burberry BU9350 watch and was looking forward to enjoying it but came in inoperable (hour and minute hand do not move once time is set). The watch came in its original manufacturers box but was opened previously. Everything seemed new and in its place, maybe Watch Grabber inspects them...but kinda gives some doubt about reason why they have to open box. More importantly if they are going to open the box for inspection why not verify that watch works before shipping out to the customer! I also called Burberry and they do not honor the 2 year warranty if purchased from Watch Grabber. Just make sure that you are aware of this before you purchase from them. I have initiated a replacement from Watch Grabber and will update this review on how they handle this dissatisfied customer.

Recieved a "new" watch with scratched glass 4/4/2014 9:03:21 PM
I took it right out of the box and realized there is a huge scratch that goes halfway up the face of the watch.

The watch looks fine, but actually I don't believe this is a brand-new watch. I've bought Citizen eco-drive before, the box and inside paperwork are different. This is not like an original box from factory. I would say it's more like a refurbished watch. But with this price, maybe ok, the watch works fine now.

We apologize once more. There was a small batch of citizen watches we received which were not the US version. This affected only citizen and only about 8 sku's. Those watches are genuine Citizen watches, just not the US version. We will gladly accept back any watch that any customer is not happy with.

I had an issue with USPS and their Delivery Methods, causing my watch to be returned to the Seller before it was delivered to me. I had sent my information to WatchGrabber asking them to send the item to me under a different address as soon as they were able, they promptly responded and I received the watch back very quickly at no extra charge. Very trustworthy Sellers. Not to mention the watch in question is beautiful.
