Absolutely no returns if the product has been used and abused
We will exchange all defective on arrival products at no cost to you. This does not cover cosmetic/aesthetic problems with the item.
What can I return?
You may return most new, unopened items sold by Vapor Range within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
When will I get my refund?
Usually in about 2-3 weeks. Most refunds are fully refunded in 3-5 days after we receive and process your return.
Does Vapor Range offer replacements and exchanges?
Yes, you can create replacement and exchange orders from this page by contacting us.
If you received a damaged or defective item, we’ll ship you a replacement of the exact item.
If you would like to exchange a un-used item, you will need to pay the difference plus shipping
How to initiate your return:
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to notify us that you will be returning the item.
You will need to include your order number along with the return so that we can pull your file up.
If you need it to be exchanged, please leave a note for us so that it is a hassle free transaction.
- Returns Policy
We must be notified of any return within 7 days with the product still in MINT FACTORY SEALED CONDITION and the receipt. We do not accept any returns when the product has been damaged by customers. If the returned product is opened and/or cannot be resold, we reserve the right to deduct up to 50% from the refund. Please pack the returns carefully! If the product factory seal is broken, we cannot accept the return.
If the return is due to our mistake (i.e. wrong merchandise sent by accident), we will take responsibility for all shipping costs related to the return. When shipping back incorrect merchandise to us, please use USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail. If the package is too large or very valuable, please feel free to contact us so we can arrange a shipping method. Your credit card will be refunded for the shipping. Please fill out the back of the sheet attached to your invoice.
If the return is not due to our mistake, you will have to take full responsibility of all shipping costs and a 10% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
If a package is returned to us marked "Refused" or "Undeliverable," it is subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. If a package is lost or misdirected due to an incorrectly inputted address, we will not take responsibilty. Please make sure you have the correct address.
Refunds are usually issued within 7 business days of us receiving the product back. During the holiday season, please allow us up to two weeks for credit to be issued.
Please do not forget to include your order number with any return!

1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
