-If I place an order today, how fast will it get to me?
We have over 27,000 pieces of jewelry in stock, so most items are ready to ship out on the next business day. Some pieces, especially rings, however, take longer because the Production Department needs to alter them to your specifications. We tell all of our customers to allow three days for processing time just to be safe. Once your item is finished, we ship it out, and the shipping time varies depending on the shipping method you select.

-What is your return policy?
We have a 60 day money-back guarantee. You have 60 days from the date of shipment of your purchase to return your item for any reason and receive a full refund.
You do not have to have any reason to return an item to SuperJeweler.com. As our goal is your 100% satisfaction, you may return your purchase for any reason, or no reason at all.
Items returned to SuperJeweler.com must be returned in new, unworn condition, and must include any boxes or free gifts that accompanied the original shipment.
Upgraded shipping and insurance charges are not refundable.

- If I return my order for a refund, how long will it take to show back up in my account?
Once we receive your package at our main office, it takes approximately 5-7 business days depending on your bank or credit card company.
When you return a package, it gets sent to our Fulfillment Center and they sign for your package. Packages from our Fulfillment Center get delivered to our main office every Tuesday and Friday.

-What if I want to make a return after the 60 day money-back guarantee period?
After 60 days, you may return your item for store credit.

-I received my order and something is wrong with it. How do I return it for a
repair/refund/an exchange?

Write on a copy of your packing slip (the piece of paper that came inside your package) a brief explanation of why you are returning the item to us. Please be sure to include whether you would like a refund, an exchange, or a repair. If an item is the wrong style or size, please include the style or size that you would like.
2) Put everything that was in the original package (item, appraisal card, copy of your packing slip) back into the original packaging or into a new package.

Watch was claimed to be on sale for 10% of its value. While I didn't believe that, thought it would probably be worth the cost, which was half of what the reseller has on its own website. The only good thing I can say about the watch is that it ran,but, since the face and hands were both made of the same highly polished metal, the light had to be just right to read it. The light was seldom just right and I quit wearing it after one day deeming it essentially worthless.

In addition, the watch had three sub dials and two control buttons in addition to the stem. To be fair, the ad never said they did anything, but why would they be there if they didn't? To justify the fake value?

I would suggest that Newegg stop doing business with this firm before it disappoints more customers.

The watch that they sent me was fake. The chronograph dials are fake, and the buttons don't work. I am extremely dissatisfied with the product distriibuted from this company.

-1-egg only because it's the lowest I could go. Ordered watch on 2/27. Supposedly shipped on 3/2.

-Queried NewEgg and seller on 3/12. Marketplace--NewEgg can't help. Seller asked for my order details (?!) 3/15, then (3/16) said had to wait 21 days to see if order showed up.

-Tracking link at DHL said "Shipment Notification Received," then nothing more. Queried DHL, and they said (on 3/23) they received the shipping notification, but never received a package to ship.

-Queried SuperJeweler on 3/23. On 3/24, they replied my order unfortunately must be lost in mail, and asked if I wanted it reshipped (they'd need my shipping address again <?!>), or a refund.

-Opted for a refund, though I don't have much confidence I'll get it. I don't believe they ever shipped my order. SuperJeweler is a stain on the great reputation of NewEgg.

Order 3 watches, 2 and 1 on different days. Received the later ordered watch in days while the other two took weeks. Two of the watches the battery case fell out of the box as I opened it when shipped and would not stay on. Expecting to return and get a full refund on shipping as well.

Emailed them multiple times after they sent me the completely wrong item. Got responses which only asked for order numbers (which I provided multiple times). Never was able to get a refund. Stones looked like garbage, and the metal was cheap, too.

Super Jewelers failed to deliver the item and I contacted them and was told they would resend the item. three and a half weeks later i recieved two items within a day of one another, neither of which was the item in which I purchased. I contacted them on Dec. 27th and was promised a refund after they explained they substituted the items in place of the one I purchased without contacting me about it first. I waited almost two weeks and heard nothing from them and did not see a refund to my card. I contacted New Egg Two weeks ago and they said they would take care of it and I should have a refund within 24-48 hrs.. Well it has now been two weeks waiting on new egg and nothing I contacted them again today, to find out they have yet to contact super jewelers because they claimed they did not have all the information... So You might want to think twice before doing business with Super Jewelers or New Egg for that matter...

I returned a necklace to Super Jeweler which was not as advertised and am still waiting 3 weeks later for a refund to be credited to my card. New Egg needs to drop them as a partner as it may lead to giving them a bad reputation. New Egg = 5 Stars but SJ = 0 Stars.

Never recieved item. Contacted seller and they said they would ship a replacement. After a month, I recieved two packages from them. Neither of them the item in which I purchased. Contacted them again and was told they were no longer carrying that item and that the two items I recieved were substituted. They said they would refund my purchase. Waiting now to see if they do.

Never again will I use SuperJeweler. I would also caution anyone against using the "Marketplace" from NewEgg as they tend to "disown" or "disavow" any follow-up with marketplace vendors. This order took over 2 weeks to get to me, the tracking number supplied was incorrect and SuperJeweler refused to return a phone call and an e-mail.

My first feedback,I hate to give feed back ever since ,I spend a lot money on Newegg ,but this is unacceptable, I ordered the 4mm Round Sapphire studs earrings but received some junk earrings and the necklace were extremely tiny,the overall size looks like it is made for a child ,not an adult,like other said I'm not the only one ,I think the seller it was intentional,not a mistake ,I want a refund ,but not even worth my time going through the hassle trying to get a refund..... DONT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR!. I wish Newegg do something to avoid this happened again

I have to say I was skeptical about going to Super Jeweler about the ring I purchased, but it just looked so great I went for it. I received the ring DAYS before the estimated arrival date, and when I opened, my only complaint was the box it came in...cardboard with a foam insert. So I just purchased a nicer box to put it in. Other than that, I can't complain...the stones could have been slightly more colorless, but with diamonds, a slight tint is ok...it's clarity that counts more. Definitely recommend Super Jeweler and will probably shop through them again.

I received the product that I ordered. It's hard to mess up diamond studs. Good price & received order in 4 business days. Called their customer service because the wrong tracking number was indicated. They fixed it right away.

Like everyone else, I received inferior products that did not meet my expectations. Instead of 4mm round sapphire studs I have ugly, dangling black stone earrings of some sort along with a tiny silver and black stone necklace. I wanted a BLUE stone for my BIRTHSTONE in STUD earrings and this is definitely not it. If I don't receive a refund I will be reporting the problem to Newegg.

I ordered the 1ct. blue diamond stud earrings in white gold mounts on 11/24/11 for my wife for Christmas. They arrived today. One of the stones looks like it has a split in it, and at the edge of stone, you can catch your finger nail in it! I took it to a gemologist at a high-end local jewelry store. She looked at it and said it has a HUGE flaw in it that comes out at the edge, so you can snag your finger nail on it. I HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF! DON'T BUY FROM SUPERJEWELER! THEY HAVE DEMONSTRATED THEY WILL SHIP SUBSTANDARD MERCHANDISE! I am going to try and return it, but have already made an online payment to Bill Me Later. Oh, boy... 1 egg because its the lowest rating possible.
