- Returns Policy
If there are any problems with your shipment, please email us within 14 days from receipt of your package at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can assist you. Please be sure to include:
Your name, customer number and order number found on packaging slip.
Product Description and issue with product and reason for wanting an RMA.
Email address and Telephone number where you can be reached during normal business hours.
THERE WILL BE A 15% RE-STOCKING FEE FOR ANY RETURNS
THAT ARE OF NO FAULT TO COLLECTORSGATEWAY
Returns are NOT accepted without a prior authorization and an "RMA Number".
We must be notified of any Return within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. The product must be in the original state you received it in and unopened.
If the item was opened and we are unable to resell the item, we reserve the right to deduct up to 30% from your refund along with the original s/h fees.
Even though we take great measures in packaging our merchandise soundly, sometimes there are mishaps. If for some reason your merchandise becomes damaged in shipping or is defective we must be notified within 48 hours of receiving the item (s). Depending upon the damage and how it was created will depend upon the refund. If we shipped you the wrong item, we also must be notified within 48 hours of receiving the item (s). We will then discuss at that time how you the customer would like to handle the situation. (i.e.: return for refund, return for correct item, etc) All items being returned must be returned using the USPS with a Delivery Confirmation Number or UPS Ground in order to track the package. If we do not receive the item back, we cannot refund your account, it's as simple as that. Refunds can take up to 7 days from the day of receipt into our warehouse. Please be sure to include a copy of your invoice in the box so the refund can be issued promptly.
Most items are all case fresh; we take great measures to protect the merchandise in shipping. A small package blemish or wrinkle is not considered a damaged product. This is just a reality of manufactures case packaging.
If the return is not due to an error of ours, you the buyer are responsible for all shipping costs as well as a 15% restocking fee.
If a package is lost or misdirected due to an address that was given to us incorrectly we will not be held responsible and no refunds will be issued. Please make sure you double check your ship to address before completing your order with CollectorsGateway.
If an order is returned/refused/unclaimed, by the customer or returned to us without a Return Authorization Number due to incorrect ship to information given, you will be charged a 15% Restocking Fee against your merchandise and no s/h will be refunded.
1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
