The only i had was communication between the seller and newegg,I was not sent the tracking for my own nor did I receive notice that my package was sent luckily I received it on time.

Product receive not what was represented. Diamonds were very flawed.

Not worth the trouble to return and pay shipping and restocking fees. Gave item to daughter instead of wife.

Item was as advertised, but they never sent a shipping confirmation and ignored my email for that exact piece of information.
I never heard anything back, and it took them 4 days before they even shipped it. Not good.

I bought diamond earrings to my wife's graduation gift. Product was affordable priced and delivery was really fast. Earring looked also really nice, but we didn't receive any kind of certificate for diamonds. Now we cannot be sure what is the real quality of the diamonds.

The earrings were recieved in a timely manor and were exactly as described. The shipping and delivery of the product fell a bit short. The jewelry box was placed in a priority envelope and shipped unprotected. It arrived crushed so I had to find a different box quickly to give as a gift. The only paper work with the item was a wadded up printed packing list. Not very proffessional.
Sorry but I am a bit disappointed.

    30 day return policy as long as not broken, damaged goods, and returned in same condition as sent. Shipping and Handling will not be refunded. “Return” constitutes receipt of the product by Nikash, and not the mere issuance of an RMA. On rings, if you resized the ring and return it, we will charge $30 as that is how much it costs for us to have it resized.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
