The one thing missing in the information provided about this binocular was the weight ... it is massive! If I'd had a warning abut how heavy it was ...... I would have never ordered it! You won't carry this pair far .... even if you are on a ship! Nice but very heavy. Otherwise ..... nice optics,

The mini binoculars were damaged when delivered. One tube had lenses and/or other parts rattling around inside. Return policy required $20 check to cover Barska inspection. Purchase price just under $20. Will warn anyone against purchase of Barska products.

The item was shipped via USPS Priority Mail. It took 5 days from purchase to clearing their loading dock. Did they custom build it then ship it? Do not understand why it took so long to get it into the hands of their shipper. USPS delivered in 2 days from California to the East Coast.

The metal detector I purchased through your company was defective. I needed to return it for a refund and was given a runaround by your company and also Barska. I finally got what I wanted although I have not seen a refund on my charge account. I will never deal with either of you again and will not recommend you to others.

Purchased a laser from Barska. The product will not install correctly on a weaver rail (as advertized). Barska hasn't returned one call or email.

FAIL. Their lasers should be used as cat toys, not self defense

    This is our Detailed Limited 30 Day Return for Refund Policy. All items are covered by this policy. A Customer must contact Customer Support Tel: 1-888-666-6769 to be issued a RMA# within 30 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply for a Refund.

    We will not issue refunds or replacements for items that have been misused, abused, modifications / tampering or unauthorized repairs.

    Approved refunds will be issued after the product has been returned and inspected. The refund amount will be for the single item purchased price not to include shipping and handling expenses. The customer is responsible for shipping expense incurred when returning a product for refund or replacement. We will then ship the product replacement, if customer request expedited return shipping they will need to pay the return shipping cost.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
