The only thing I care about when ordering a specific product is that it comes as described (new), and that the shipping happens in a timely fashion.

Poor and Painful Marketplace Experience 12/31/2014 9:35:18 AM
Orders 8 pocket knives for coworker Christmas gifts early in December, order was processed, marked as shipped, but no tracking number was assigned. By the mid December, started sending Newegg marketplace email messages to check on status and none were returned. With no work called Newegg support, they contacted the seller. Sell said the package was damaged in transport and they were had email out to me; if so, I did not get it. We then moved to cancel the order, now too late to ship. Got RMA notice, but they only refunded me for one of the eight knifes. Have made several online and chat return contacts to Newegg support and still have not been refunded my outstanding $78. Working with this marketplace purchase was a mess, that is now looking like a ripoff.

Placed order through Newegg and received all the normal emails. The •Newegg.com - Order Tracking Information‏ email stated that there was no tracking number available. I waited for several days and still nothing. Contatcted Newegg and was told it was an issue on their end that I would have to contact the Shopping Warehouse. I contatced the shopping warehouse and was told no tracking number was sent from the warehouse. I feel as though this order has Newegg all over it and for a company the size of Newegg to tell the customer....Not our fault and we cant help you is unacceptable. The online chat agent I spoke with seemed as if I was bother her and why am I wasting her time with this stupid issue. Well, I have been a long time customer of Newegg and will continue shopping and buying Newegg Direct items, but this was my first and last Marketplace purchase. The customer service rep from Newgg is the main reason for my
decision. She should not be dealing with customers directly.

I placed an order with newegg for a crock stick to sharpen my new cold steel knife with a serrated edge but this company was the seller.I tried calling them and they dont have good hours, they have an answering machine and when you leave a message they wont call you back for at least 24 hours if your lucky. i tried canceling my order but they ignored my messages and emails (even new egg customer service tried sending them emails) and they sent it anyway and i was so disappointed with them i refused the shipment and told them i didnt want a refund, they could just keep my money. i will never order anything with this company's name on it again.

I ordered 10 lighters on Jan 29 and the status showed it was shipped on Jan 31 but without tracking. But on Feb. 13, I received email from seller's customer service saying the package was not shipped and 3 lighters were out of stock. I called back and talked to the customer service lady. She was courteous and helpful. They agreed to substitute with similar lighters and ship the package via 2-day service. I have got the package today (Feb. 16).

Overall I think the service is good. But I expect they improve in the accuracy of shipping status.

Haven't tried the products yet but I know Zippo is good.

I ordered a Zippo from them, and received a 'shipped' notification. After one week with no tracking information I emailed them and asked where it was. They said that my Zippo was out of stock and they told that they notified newegg. If they really did notify newegg of the item being overstocked how come I never received a refund? How come I never was told it was out of stock until I emailed them first? Do not buy from this seller.

I have tried several bark collars on my Australian Shepherd who barks constantly at the fourwheeler or work truck when we are driving them. The ones that use the combination of sound and vibration from the dog's bark hasn't worked because he's learned to "baby bark" so that the collar doesn't pick up on it. Very annoying. So i found this one that uses JUST the sound of HIS bark for correction. Totally pleased with it! Within the first DAY he'd learned that ANY bark he made would be corrected. Very pleased. The only drawback is that it will "correct" coughing as well. But the positives way surpass the negatives in my thinking. It is also very nice that the battery charge stays up for quite a while and i love the fact that it's rechargeable. Great buy!
