Please read and review policy prior to purchase of the item. Customers must agree to the following upon purchase of the item:
Returns and Refunds: Your satisfaction is our foremost goal. Please contact us by phone or email as soon as possible if you have any questions or concerns about your order. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will correct the problem or refund the purchase price dependent upon the circumstances.
World Tech Toys accepts all unopened items back for a full refund of the merchandise, less shipping and handling charges, to your credit card within 30 days of purchase
Defective Merchandise. If you feel your merchandise was defective in some way, please return it to us for inspection and we will replace your order immediately if the damaged was NOT caused by you using the item. We have a full team who will test and figure out the cause of the problem.
All World Tech Toys products are sold under this warranty and disclaimer.
Please E-mail email@example.com to obtain a RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization) to return the defective item for a replacement. We refuse shipments that are returned back to us without an RMA #. We reserves the right to return the defected merchandise back to the customer at customer's shipping expense if we in our opinion deem that the merchandise has been used, crashed, abused, misused or modified in any form. We DO NOT allow exchange defected items for different items or models.
Note: Customers must inform us of any order discrepancy within 7-10 days from receipt date so that we may investigate and resolve the situation accordingly.
Finally, customers must agree to the following upon shipping a merchandise back to us:
1) Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We do NOT issue return labels or refund/reimburse return shipping.
2) We recommend that you use a tracking number.
3) We do not responsible for lost packages.
4) We do not reimburse return shipping costs or refund shipping costs.
5) The merchandise must be in Brand New and Unused condition and in its original packaging.
6) Return a copy of your invoice and a brief description of the reasons for the return/exchange.
1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
