Powerhobby was started in November of 2005 . We always work hard to make every customer happy by offering some of the lowest prices on the Internet and by listening to what you want or need. We have a Hobby shop too which is around 3000sqf, that's a big place to store hobby stuff. It said in stock on the website but it is not shipped yet.
They sent a tracking number but it only says that a label has been created. Nothing else.

Rating + 5 Excellent buying experience.

I purchased a Blade 200 SR X from PowerHobby late in the evening on 1/29. It was out their door by 2/2 and in my hands by 2/4. The item was well packed and had no issues at all, flying right out of the box after an initial battery charge. It was a fair price, and everything was exactly as described by the seller. I will be doing more business with them in the future.

Rating + 1 Opened unit, missing critical components

Purchased a quad-copter for my son. It arrives in an opened box, missing the controller. I have gotten open items before, but there is generally some care in how the unit is boxed, and it is typically checked. And its not that it makes it OK, it just decreases the disappointment, and shows a lower degree of disregard. This is incredibly sloppy, unethical work in this case. Be careful with this firm.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
