Rating + 5 Seems Legit

Item came alot faster then I expected, maybe 3 days tops for Free shippping so no complaints there.

Was new, No scratches and plastic still covering everything.

I bought a watch, And the plastic piece stopping the watch from ticking was smashed and it was ticking when received. (So No telling how long it was on or will last) I assume that's from shipping but no issue with the seller for that. & Batteries are like $2

Quick, cheap and legit. 100% happy with this purchase.

Rating + 1 Poor and pathetic

This is very pathetic service. I didn't expect this from Newegg. One great fun thing is, I still didn't receive the product and here comes the feedback mail without product delivery. Normally I used to get all my orders from Newegg within 3 to 4 days,. It has been more than 10 days I have ordered the product. I am not sure why Newegg is not serious about its sellers and business.

Rating + 4 Came Through

I didn't read the reviews on this seller until after I purchased my watch and to be honest probably wouldn't have ordered from them. Unfortunately it was too late so I took a chance and have to say was pleasantly surprised. The watch was shipped the next day and only took a few days to arrive. Everything was great.

Only giving 4 stars because I didn't have to deal with customer service so I cant say what that experience would have been like.

Rating + 1 Bad seller bad Newegg

if there was a 0 stars i would give them that. Never answer their phone and do not honor the policies or deal with issues. I have left messages and emails about a defective "brandnew" watch to no avail. Newegg is hiding behind "it is one of our 'marketplace' sellers and not our problem" i will not buy from Newegg again.

I received my watch today, after speaking with the recipient that was linked the the tracking number I received from It's unclear to me who gaffed on the tracking number, but the customer service was neither proactive nor productive. I'm hesitant to say that I am pleased with the service I received from either. Just happy to have my product.

Rating + 1 Item Shipped to WRONG Address

I tracked my order today only to find that it was shipped to a residential address in Suffern, NY (my shipping address is Watertown, MA). The recipient's name? Susan Lies - suspicious no?

I've contacted FashionWatches via phone (goes right to voicemail; left message) and E-mail; I've chatted online with a rep at; I called and spoke with UPS who confirmed the wrong name/address was given to them. Next step will be to contact Google Trusted Stores dept. and my bank.

This was supposed to be a Christmas present, and isn't likely to show beforehand. I just want my money back at this point. Very disappointing first experience with this seller.

I'll update my rating/feedback if or when I hear from FashionWatches and a resolution is met.

Rating + 1 Careless Seller

I placed an order for 2 G-Shock watches and I only received one watch. I tried to contact the seller and left several messages but they never returned my calls. Then I contacted newegg merchant support and they refund or credited my account. Great job newegg but be careful with your seller’s eligibility.
