To ensure perfect shopping experience and product support, we currently only offer Spyder lighting parts, even though Spyder lighting parts do not come with instruction, however our experienced lighting specialists can guide you the installation process and make it as easy as it can be.

Carpart4u is here to provide the best online shopping experience, that's why we make your return process as easy as possible!! Most of our products are returnable. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can always return the item to our warehouse in order to receive a refund.
Return & Exchange Policy
Most products available at Carpart4u are returnable. To initiate a return, you must request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) within 30 days of receipt of the product.
Products must be in original packaging and in a new and resalable condition.
Any product that was used or fully/partially installed is non-returnable.
Carpart4u will not reimburse labor charges or installation fees under any circumstances. Nor will Carpart4u reimburse for any damages incurred during installation or use of product.
Defective & Damaged Items
If the item arrived in a condition not as product page described, we will provide pre-pay shipping label. In order to obtain the pre-pay shipping label, pictures of the defective and damaged item(s) are necessary. Once you've received the label and the RA#, ship the defective item as instructed by your customer care specialist. Once we've confirmed the package is in transit we'll ship you a replacement or credit your account.
Carpart4u generally does not charge restocking fee, unless the following situation 20% restocking fee will be applied:
The package is returned without a proper Return Authorization Number (RA#) clearly posted on the box.
Orders placed for the incorrect model or year of your vehicle.
Because manufacturers are constantly changing vehicle designs, we do not guarantee an older part will fit a newer vehicle and vice versa. Ordering a product not specifically designed for your vehicle (for example, a 2006 model car cover ordered for a 2007 vehicle) is done at your own risk and will incur a restocking fee if returned.
Item comes as described, but you just do not like how it look.
Our product are 100% as described on product page, if not, please refer to defective items.
1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
