Expect to get 1 response every 24hours between the hours of 1900 and 2100 not including weekends if you receive a defective item. If you respond to Dora within minutes of getting an email from her, expect to wait 24hours for a response. Also expect a week for an RMA number. Sellers like this will cause people to stop using newegg. They were unhelpful and gave no options. Not even a cross shipment, for their mistake! I ended up ordering it off of Amazhon while I wait for my refund, I'm expecting it to be over a month. I think as soon as they receive the item I will contact my bank and get my refund that way.. Saved $49.06 in the process.

It seems these merchants only need the money! Once the money are in their pocket they don't care for their customers anymore? How can they success??? I ask them a question, they don't even care to reply. It gives me a very bad experience about those Chinese. That's why I always try my best to avoid these Chinese, unless there is no other choices.

This computer arrived a bit later than expected but once here has performed very well for gaming. I don't like win10 but it has a way to change to win7 if wanted. Need external burner which i didn't think about so my bad. Overall a very nice device.

Absolutely pathetic customer service. Purchased three items over a month ago and still haven't received them. Seller shipped the items to an incorrect address. I have had to contact them directly more than 10 times already and still have not received a refund. Each time I call they say it'll be 2 to 3 additional days before the refund is processed. They never send me updated emails to let me know the current status of the refund request. At this point I would've rather paid more to purchase the item from a different seller.

Packing is inadequate. The first product was damaged (dropped) with no exterior indication. The replacement they sent was the wrong model. Even though the price was good, it just isn't worth it.

when i seen the ad in my email and the radar detector being on sale and saving up to 78%. i had to check it out. the ad said it was being marked down for a limited time only from $179.99 to only $39.99. WOW, what a deal, right? no, its all just lies to think your getting a deal. its not even the cheapest on the internet. i looked on the jungle and the bay, either the same price or cheaper not on sale. wait a minute. i found it to be cheaper on the bay and it wasn't on sale. how can this be? let me tell you. this is not the first time i got IT by new egg. the first time is when i bought drones for my family that were on sale from $404. to just $53 for a limited time only. i still have almost all the drones. the only one missing is the one a slammed into the wall. the 8 page book that came with the drone was 1 page to put it together and 7 pages to troubleshoot it. SEVEN PAGES FOR TROUBLESHOOTING. after i gave them to everyone, i told them to put them back into the box and give them back, i will get them all some thing nice and works. in august i bought batteries for $78 dollars. i didnt need them at the time but i knew i would be needing them within a few weeks. at first i was blaming the kids at first for leaving their toys on all the time, they needed new batteries everyday. then i used 2 batteries in my camera, after just 5 pictures, i had to replace them. after doing this a few times i looked at the batteries to see they ALL WERE EXPIRED. normally batteries would last years, not these. they were on there way out and now i know why they were on sale, i called new egg customer service, they said because there is only a 30 day warranty and its been almost 40 days, they couldn't do anything. they did say they would contact the seller to see if they would honer the warranty, THEY DID NOT. they didn't want them back, they knew they were garbage and was happy has hell that they found a sucker to buy them.
i wrote good reviews on trust pilot for new egg just a few months ago, it was after the drones but before the batteries. i lost my job in September. i dont have money like i did. i'm barely getting by now. i would pay all my cards off every month. now i'm behind on all of my bills. losing $78 for batteries sucks and hurts the pocket. i still have to buy batteries, i still need them. i still have the drones, i cant sell them, they are junk. i cant give them away, to may problems with them. im not kidding, the last one we tried to fly, only 2 motors were working, we tried everything in the book to fix it. now they are stacked in a corner. another $300 gone. if i had known they were not really on sale, i never would have bought them. its my fault. i should have known better then to believe. they were on sale from $404 to $53. that's just doesn't happen.

Bought a fabulous new PC which I love but received 2 by mistake. Contacted Newegg to return the second extra item which went smoothly enough, then received email from the vendor stating they were sending a return shipping label. They were very prompt in their reply. A few hour later I did indeed receive the shipping label.... addressed to me!!! I guess they really wanted me to keep the extra item. After emailing them again, twice, I received a corrected shipping label several hours later, just before the UPS pickup time. Since I was due to go out of town the next day for a 2 week vacation, time was of the essence and they did manage to get this resolved satisfactorily so all in all not bad. However, way too much work on my part to return an extra item they messed up on twice in my opinion. That is why I can only give 3 stars. I did receive both products in a timely fashion and in good working order and they are exactly as described. (I never opened the second package so can only assume it worked as well as the one I kept.)

Very Shady Seller - Potential Buyers Beware 11/24/2016 6:29:22 PM
- Shipped the original order 1 week late
- Attempted to get me to cancel the order at $52 and re-ordering at $79
- Then dropped the price to $39 less than a week after the late delivery and not honoring nor matching (let alone acknowledging) the price drop

Should actually be zero eggs for their shady practices...

Offers $15 bribe to retract this review - you decide...

After placing my order it took over 2 weeks for them to even acknowledge and start processing my order.
I had to call Newegg and Nutrend several times until someone did something about my order. After acknowledging my order and charging my credit card they took their time to ship it. Again I had to reach out to both Newegg and Nutrend so they would ship the order. After another week until they shipped it the tracking number they provided did not exist and after another couple of weeks my package finally arrived with a completely different tracking number and shipping carrier than what they had put in my order. This was the worse online buying experience I've ever had with Newegg. It took over a month to get what I purchased from them and me having to constantly follow up with them so they would do something about my order. Will never buy from them again.

-Computer wouldn't output signal to monitor
-Horrible customer service from NuTrend, who don't respond to emails and tell you that they will call you back when you call them because "no one is able to help you with this right now."
-Bad customer service from SkyTech who told me that they would be checking their inventory to see if they could do an exchange, but then never called back and won't answer the phone.
-Pretty sure that SkyTech customer service is just a guy with a cell phone that he never answers.

Buy from a reputable place instead or build your own. I now have $537 tied up in this and no computer to do my photo or video editing until this is resolved.

I returned the defective charger 2 weeks ago and have not heard anything back. I think this is very poor customer service, at the very least you should acknowledge receipt of my return and inform me when you will replace it.

As of now I would never recommended buying any products from this or any seller. ONLY BUY DIRECTLY FROM NEWEGG. They simply do not make mistakes. I recently purchased A Keyboard from this seller which come with a surprising letter from its previous owner, stating that the keyboard was defective and that they wanted a replacement. Well im definitely not pleased with the fact that they sent this USED DEFECTIVE PRODUCT TO ME. On an over $100.00 Purchase I expect a completely perfect transaction. To much money is on the line to make mistakes. This is my first time purchasing from a Non Newegg distributor and never again will I make the mistake of doing so. I cant hope for a smooth return process, that should never even be something a purchaser should have to worry about. I'm a very busy individual, now I have to find time out of my 50 hour work week to mail this pile of garbage back to the seller. Can I hope what they send me again will be what I ordered and payed for? Id be chaffed if it was.

I ordered a Stellar Security - BMWSTX - Plug In BMSW Alarm W/ 2x Shock Sensor that is especially for my E36 BMW. Looking forward to installing it this weekend. Arrived today, but was a Steller ST800, not the plug in model I asked for. I will use Bavarian Auto next time for such parts.
