I did not read the reviews, and for that SHAME ON ME. They seem to do this all the time - Bogus UPS numbers, do not respond to emails like they promised, and never ship as they promised. I am not going to be as easy on New Egg as the others - my question is "Why are they, Christmas Central still a supplier of your". They have ruined your reputation. I am also tired of getting the standard CS 'I am sorry' and have a egg-whatever day'. I am waiting for what New Egg will incentive-ize me fore All the aggravation, lack of professionalism for poor execution and NOT fixing this poor supplier last year when your customers complained to you from this suppler. There is no EGG-zageration on anything I wrote.

I placed an order on 12/12/2015 and received a shipment notice on 12/14/2015 but I never received the order. I contacted Newegg's customer service on 12/28/2015 which in turn contacted the marketplace seller with instructions to update me on the status of the order. After not getting a response, I recontacted the seller on 12/30/2015, but I never received any response from the marketplace seller. I have always excellent service from Newegg but I will not place any orders with any of their marketplace seller in the future.

I paid additional for quick delivery prior to Christmas.....I reported that it did not arrive and that I no longer wanted the item since it was after Christmas. My card was not credited and the item came on the 5th of January. Very unhappy that I had to pay for item plus an additional $12.00 for 2 day shipping

Rating + 1 BUYER BEWARE!

My order was placed on 12/5/2015 and received an invalid tracking number. I emailed numerous times and have NEVER received any response. As of 12/21/2015 I still have not received my order. I have requested a refund, but who knows where this will go. Stay away from this seller AND NEWEGG, cause newegg doesn't respond to emails either!

Rating + 1 Bogus tracking number

Christmas Central is one of the worst companies EVER! Placed an order for a 2 day delivery on December 6. As of December 17, I am still waiting. Have been in contact with Newegg because Christmas Central will not return emails or telephone calls. The tracking number that was given to me was for an order that was shipped out on September 9. How can it be shipped out before it is ordered? Newegg kept sending emails to them as well. No answer. Kept getting and response, someone will contact you in 3-7 days. NO I want a response now. I cancelled my order and requested my money back. I also contacted my bank to file a dispute if nothing is resolved. Newegg has been helpful to try to get this figured out. Christmas Central is a WORTHLESS company. NEVER, EVER would I recommend this company if it was the last company with Christmas items. DON'T order from this company. I wouldn't even give them a 1 rating because they don't deserve it but it wouldn't let me post without rating it.

The only thing I care about when ordering a specific product is that it comes as described (new), and that the shipping happens in a timely fashion.
This seller has accomplished both of these tasks.

Ordered some chairs from them, missing parts, missing instructions. They offered to refund me $10. They should have offered to take the products back at their expense.

Rating + 1 Christmas Central Unreliable

I placed an order and Christmas Central claimed they shipped the products, but the tracking number they issued was bogus and did not exist. Newegg staff was very helpful and apologetic, but they were never able to even get a response from Christmas Central to find out what happened to my order. A month and a half later and still no response from Christmas Central. Unacceptable in my opinion.

    Can I cancel my order?

    Unfortunately once an order is placed we cannot cancel the order. Once you receive your order you are more than welcome to return it, but our standard return policy will apply.

    Can I return my order?

    If you change your mind about a purchase or no longer need the merchandise, you can return it to us for a refund provided that:

    We receive the returned merchandise within 30 days of receipt, or before December 25th (whichever comes first)
    Merchandise must be in unused condition including all hardware, instructions, any accessories that may have come with the item and is in its original packaging.

    What part of my order will be refunded?

    The returned merchandise total will be refunded. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

    Who pays for return shipping?

    You will be responsible for shipping your order back to us. You can ship back via the carrier of your choice. Please be sure to use a traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery.

    Can I exchange my order?

    To exchange your merchandise you need to place a new order with Christmas Central. Once a new order is placed, contact us and we will send you a pre-paid FedEx shipping label. Use the label to return your original order.
    Pre-paid labels can only be sent to the lower 48 states.

    Note: if you do not place a new order with us and you use the pre-paid label we email you, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Generally return processing takes 2-3 weeks, during peak holiday season it may take longer.

    What if there is a problem with my order?

    Please promptly inspect items upon receipt, if there is a problem you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly troubleshoot the problem for you and find the best solution for the issue. Do not send damaged, defective or wrong merchandise back to us unless instructed to do so by a Christmas Central representative.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
