- Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not happy with your items, you may return your merchandise for a refund. Please review our policy below before processing a return. If you have any questions, please contact us.
- All shipping charges are nonrefundable.
- All returns and exchanges require a Return Authorization (RA#) Number. Refer to our Returns/Exchanges Procedure section.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on orders exceeding two weeks (or 10 business days) of merchandise receipt.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on worn merchandise. All items returned are inspected for wear and tear. If we suspect the item has been used or worn, we will not process the return.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on the following: hats, wigs, masks, makeup and costume accessories. Shoes may qualify for a return/exchange if they are unworn and in its original packaging.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on panties, hosiery, or any other lingerie and apparel that covers the crotch area (including lingerie sets with panties).
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on special orders or orders containing over 12 pieces of the same item.
- All undeliverable, refused, or returned packages may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- All items are thoroughly checked prior to shipping. If an item is damaged or destroyed in shipping, please contact us immediately upon inspection.
- Costume styles (colors and fabrics) are subject to change without notice due to the manufacturer's production. These changes, no matter how slight, are beyond our control. Manufacturers do not always notify us of these variations. We do reflect any changes in the descriptions and images as soon as we become aware of them.
- Halloween Return/Exchange Policy Exclusion Dates: Due to the seasonal nature of our merchandise, all orders placed between October 13th and November 3rd are considered FINAL SALE. This means that they may not be returned or exchanged. We advise placing your order before October 13th to avoid any issues.
A RA# is needed regardless of whether you are returning an item for a refund or returning an item for an exchange. To obtain an RA#, please follow the guidelines below.
- Contact us within 3 days of receiving your merchandise to obtain a RA#. You may obtain a RA# by contacting us via phone or email. If you exceed the 3-day timeframe, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee. We will not accept any returns/exchanges if you contact us after 10 business days.
- When you are preparing to ship your item(s) back to us, please write the RA# clearly on the outside of your package. Items returned without an RA# will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- Your package must be post-marked within 5 days of the RA# issuance. Packages post-marked after 5 days will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Returns for Full Refunds
- Items being returned MUST be in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging.
- We do not accept returns on worn merchandise.
- All returns will be refunded for the full amount of the merchandise and sales tax ONLY. All shipping charges are nonrefundable.
- Refunds are issued on the credit card account number used to make the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
- While it usually takes about 1 week to process a return, it can take up to 3 weeks during our busy season in September-October. Every item has to be examined to make sure it meets the criteria before we can issue a refund.
Restocking fees are calculated based on 25% of the full amount of the merchandise. Shipping & handling fees are not included. You will be charged a restocking fee if:
- We receive refused or undeliverable packages.
- Items are returned without a RA#.
- You exceed the 3-day timeframe in obtaining an RA#.
- Packages postmarked after 5 days from RA# issuance.
1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
