Order placed on 1/19/2016.
"In-Stock" products still not shipped as of 2/11/2016.
Seller does not answer my calls or respond to my emails ... Or Newegg's calls/emails.
I was forced to file a formal dispute with my credit card issuer to receive a refund.

Perhaps others in my situation should do the same to make sure that this seller is removed from Newegg.

Rating + 1 Slow to ship, no communication

Took nearly a month to get my products, they finally arrived from about 40 miles from my house addressed to "Blastline USA". They could have arrived next day if this order had been processed timely.

They couldn't be bothered to reply to my email asking where my order was either. Pretty poor customer service.

Ordered a pair of sunglasses and have not received them. They were shipped to the wrong address. Files a compliant 2 weeks ago and still no response from the seller and no refund or product to show for it.

Rating + 1 Horrible Communications

Zero eggs -if it were possible! I paid for 2 day shipping on March 13, and got April 1 (I guess they thought I was the fool). They did ship via 2 day mail, on March 30. I emailed the company and they never replied.

Never again. Newegg needs to review their deal with this company and void it ASAP.

Avoid at all costs.

Seller posted a tracking number for our shipment on Tuesday and still on Wednesday fedex shows that the tracking number indicates that shipping information is only associated with this order and that it has not shipped yet. Seller is posting tracking numbers to make it look like they are diligent. Far from it

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
