Took 5 days after the initial order before they even put a shipping label it and they never responded to multiple emails. The only thing this company seems to know how to do properly is issue refunds, which took less than an hour.

I selected a refurbished item that had a description that it could use WPA for security. The item I received was an older revision that was only WEP- compliant. For the twenty bucks I put off returning too long( that was on me of course) not happy.

After ordering this item, I decided to cancel the order, and sent a cancellation notice to Seller Four hours later, and two days later he shipped the order with no regard to my message.

DO NOT RECOMMEND - Poor Service 7/17/2017 9:57:51 AM
Ordered June 27th - no confirmation by Friday June 30th. Called Action Packages Inc. no answer. 11:30 am Called newegg - their customer service department said they would contact Action Packeges Inc to cancel the order if they had not already shipped the product - 11:48 am receive a shipping number from action packages inc after 2.5 business days of sitting on my order they finally got off their back sides to make a shipping label after I had to get newegg to call them on it. Fast forward to July 5th - the package shows no delivery to the shipping facility - Call newegg - newegg calls and gets no answer - file a claim with the claims department - that afternoon get a package shipment confirmation - Product was sent USPS (SLOW) - luckily I live in the next state from Action packages Inc so it arrived in a few days. Product arrived July 10th.

Every step of the way I had to poke and prod this company in order for them to get off their back sides and send me the product I ordered. A customer should not have to remind a business to provide the service that they are in business to do!

This was not a pleasant buying experience.

I do not recommend!

Bad experience all around! Took over 3 weeks to receive the A grade refurbished imac I ordered and paid for. I tried to cancel the order repeatedly after I read all the ratings...ignored. One can not contact this company. Asked New Egg to help...smoke blown, no help.
Once I received it, I opened it, BIG surprise, no keyboard, no mouse, cord greasy and wadded up, imac dirty.
New Egg has not been of much help. Takes a great deal of effort to get any one to even comprehend what is going on and DO something. (6 phone calls).
Liz S. promised I could get ahold of her if I had any more issues after she took over the issue. I did try, once I received the package...she communicated with me through a customer service rep that honestly didn't come across as all that bright. I asked that she call me back...no call.... no email.
So, I have received a label to return the incomplete order.
We will see what happens next. I have little doubt it will continue to be a problem.
I want my $$$$$ back, and I will never darken the monitor of new egg again.

When I ordered the HP printer 1510 it was stated that I would receive a HP 61 Black Ink Cartridge and a HP 61 Tri-color Ink Cartridge in the box. I have yet to receive either. I have called your company twice, yet no action has been taken. Newegg also stated they emailed you about sending me the cartridges.

I was told they would be re- stocked in 5 to 7 days, it has been thirteen days since and still nothing. Not ay all happy.

Concerning the Arctic Silver and re-applying it after using generic paste. This lowered my CPU temperature 15-25 degrees Celsius. Great Product! We will see how long it lasts.

They contacted me to make sure I received the Arctic Silver thermal paste in good condition. I appreciate the gesture, and they got an extra 5 eggs for it. I'm sure if I ordered something more substantial it would also arrive in good condition.

Taking into account that this product is discontinued by the manufacturer, this was supposed to be a new, not refurbished item. I wanted this model over the new models because it is much more comfortable. The seal on the box was broken, and the foam earpieces had disintegrated to the point that they were just black rubbery dust covering all the contents. Probably due to long term exposure to heat. After cleaning up the item and installing it, it appears to be working well.
