Slow Shipping, Poor Customer Service 12/28/2013 4:12:52 AM
I ordered an S3 Otterbox on December 12. It still hasn't arrived, and USPS tracking indicates only a label has been printed. I have emailed and attempted to call, and received an answer to neither.

Spend the extra $5 and buy your stuff somewhere else - these guys are a joke!

The tracking number was assigned and the item was never shipped. I had to ask for a refund. The whole thing was very strange, not like my usual Newegg experience at all.

Ordered an Otterbox for an S3 on 5Aug, received an email with a tracking number on 6Aug. The shipping label was printed but my order apparently hasn't even gotten to the post office yet. Oh, yeah, that's another thing, they use USPS. Who uses USPS???? I've called Cellular5Star several times, no one answers. Newegg customer support says they can't do anything about it. In my opinion, when you decide to partner with a company their poor customer support is your poor customer support. I've been a regular Newegg customer since 2004 and mistakenly assumed that any marketplace order would receive the same level of service as a Newegg order.

Purchased a Ballistic iphone case. The screen is very grainy it was unusable. I emailed the company as their postcard with my order mentioned my satisfaction was their goal requesting a return for refund (per the sales terms). No reply after three emails over a week. Not worth calling and wasting more time with them. I guess I will cut my losses and auction the product on a global auction website (can't mention the website name).

Payment was processed immediately after my order. Tracking number was issued but no further movement on my item 8 days after item was supposedly shipped. Contact phone number for company is now disconnected.

Ordered IPhone 4 cover July 3rd. Payment was processed immediately but have yet to receive my purchased product. Have attempted contacting the seller and received no response whatsoever. Working with newegg support to obtain a refund. Would not recommend!

I bought this product 7 months ago, nearly. I felt compelled to review and recommend this company when I saw it's order history. I made the order and never received my product. I shortly received a phone call from a worker there explaining their apology and why I didn't receive my product. They were out of stock. They offered to express ship a HIGHER grade Bluetooth at no extra cost. Thank you. I hope you guys are still in business. :)

Most miserable experience I've ever had. They have my money and I have nothing. They did not disclose their cheap tactic of using the USPS until after the order was shipped. I tried desperately to get help, to no avail. I would like to rate them 5 negative eggs, but I can't. This will probably be censored, but it is the TRUTH. I will NEVER use the marketplace again! I will have to think hard about using newegg; which is unfortunate because it isn't directly their fault. But they let these kind of people in their marketplace and then say they have no responsibility.

Sent Item back. Item was sent with no retail packaging as illustrated on Newegg's web site. The component pieces of the item were just put into a shipping envelope. The mobil charging cord was not in the envelope. And to top all of that, the part that actually help the phone was not for the Galaxy S4. It was for a smaller phone with the charge connection on the side of the phone, like an SCH-I510. So my overall rating of this company is "ZERO". I'm usually very tolerant about items ordered online, and I am verry satisfied with Newegg. I have bought a fair amount from you company and have had no complaints, but this company is not of Newegg's standards and should be looked at again. It only takes a few items sent like that to ruin a good reputation that your company has

Absolutely horrible.... the package came to NC and back to NY at least 3 times. It was within 1/2 mile of my house on one trip.... I complained to Newegg ( not our problem ) USPS ( not our problem ) and at least 5 times to Cell5str, only receiving a response once before delivery.... I would Never buy another thing from them and I hesitate buying from newegg.....I have told at least 50 people about thewat this transaction happened
