Great Timing is an online retailer of quality watches, sunglasses, jewelry and other items. We have been in business since 2000 and pride ourselves on our speedy shipping, great selection and superlative customer service. We are located in Northern California in the greater Sacramento metro area.
Orders are typically shipped via USPS Priority Mail service and usually arrive within 3 business days of the time we hand off to the Post Office. Orders placed before 2pm, PST usually go out that day.

- Returns Policy
Return and exchange policy: We stand behind our products and will gladly help you if you are not satisfied with your purchase. We accept items for return or exchange under the following conditions:
You must e-mail us first for an authorization number within 15 days of the date of receipt of your order. Items sent back to us without an RA number on the outside of the box will be refused. RA numbers are good only for 14 days. Items returned with an RA number after that timeframe will be refused. Hair Bling products are not returnable once opened, for hygiene reasons.
All items sent back for return or exchange MUST be unworn, with ALL the original packaging, tags and protective plastic still attached if it is packaged that way. This includes the plastic disc on the face and back of the case of the watch, if that exists, and the plastic wrap that covers metal bracelets on some watches. If the wrap has been removed, the item cannot be returned. If the plastic disc on the back of the case has been removed, the item cannot be returned. Metal bands cannot have been sized or altered in any way. If a watch shows even the slightest signs of wear or damage or doesn't meet these requirements, it will be sent back to you, and no credit will be given. The product MUST be in the same condition as when sent to you, or it cannot be returned for refund or exchange, and there are no exceptions. We inspect all items closely upon return, so please, if you think you may want to return your watch, don't wear it at all. It is very difficult to wear a watch even for a short time without scuffing or scratching it. We are very strict about these policies as we do not sell used or refurbished items.
PLEASE TAKE CARE when packing your return. Factory packaging is there to protect your watch. Please take the same care in returning your watch to us as we do in sending it to you, to avoid damage in shipment and refusal of your return.
For an exchange, you will be charged only the cost of shipping the replacement to you. For a return, we will refund the purchase price minus 15%, to a maximum of $25, to cover the free shipping you received. If you were charged for shipping, that charge is not refundable. Refused, unclaimed and undeliverable items also are subject to these terms. Special orders are not returnable. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless we shipped the wrong item. No CODs are accepted.
In the unlikely event that there is a mechanical problem with your watch after you have worn it, you will need to use your warranty to have it repaired. We don't replace or refund for worn items.
Please note that Great Timing is an eco-friendly company. We will not include a copy of your invoice in your order because you already received one via email. If you want a paper copy, you may choose to print out the email for your records. We also use recycled materials for packing.
1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
