Ordered a part and paid for it. Then they decide to cancel it and refund without even telling why or what was going on. I then had to reorder from someone else which delayed me in getting the equipment fixed. Bad service

I was a little hesitant to order from this vendor based on some of the reviews that I read, but I figured I'd give it a try anyway. I can only say that everything went as exactly as it was supposed to go. I ordered, they shipped quickly, accurately and now they have a customer that will do business with them in the future. The product was right, the price can't be beat and the service was quick and efficient.

it has been two weeks
still did not get the product
The seller does not respond to any calls or emails
The tracking number provided does not exist.
I have no idea what to do next???

Ordered some vacuum bags without looking at the seller deepdiscountsco and their reviews. Package at 8 business days and hasn't shown up. Fedex tracking number says "No record of that number". Extreemly disappointed the egg would allow these types of vendors to tarnish their name.

If I wanted to hand out money it would have been to someone in need and not to dishonest businesses from NJ.

I hope it shows up but VERY worried if it doesn't.

Ordered Vacuum Belts never arrived. Seller does not respond to messages. Attempting to file a claim with Newegg to recover the $. Will never order anything with deepdiscountsco as the seller again. Looking at past reviews written about this company, I am not the first who has experienced this problem.

This seller is not reliable. I ordered and paid for a 2-pack of Whirlpool refrigerator filters, and was shipped only one filter. Newegg contacted seller on my behalf, and they did not reply; Fortunately, Newegg stood behind the offer and refunded 50% of what I was charged.

I ordered a brand name 2 pack of filters and was sent an off brand 1 pack. Classic bait and switch. When I returned it using an RMA and providing the tracking information from USPS showing delivery, I get no response from this seller and no refund. Go somewhere else to purchase or suffer the consequences of using a questionable seller.

I ordered the part over 2 weeks ago and have not received it. I called newegg a few days ago and they said they would look into it. I have not heard back yet. This is unusually bad service compared to earlier newegg experiences. Please vet your merchants better but get me the part please.

Newegg Allows Bait & Switch 10/26/2013 5:54:13 PM
Ordered Product on NewEgg website from a marketplace vendor. They sent totally wrong order, but taking weeks to fix it. Newegg refuses to take any responsibility for their vendor and keeps referring me to DeepDiscountsCo to remedy. This doesn't happen at @mazon. Product ordered was Bait N Switched with another, and now Newegg Customer Service is the same thing, Bait N Switch and ref'd to another. Nice. Consumers need to expect a level of confidence from the website where they do their shopping, but I guess confidence in New Egg and their vendors is apparently asking too much. Oh, and RMA that was authorized to return incorrect merchandise is at the customer expense. So, not only did I get the wrong thing, but I have to pay to send it back for the right thing?? What if they keep sending the wrong item(s) ? NewEgg can do better.
