I've had a horrible experience 6/21/2017 8:49:53 AM
At this point I would never recommend this seller to anyone. I ordered my item and what arrived 2 weeks was not the item I ordered. I contacted Buckeye Tool Supply and they assured me they would make it right. I still, to this day, two weeks later have not received the item I bought and paid for.

They said free shipping, but... 6/20/2017 6:20:21 AM
I would say that my experience was below average. The package was sent out as 1oz. and it was 11oz. so I had to go to the post office and pay to pick it up. I would still give this company another chance it could have been an accident. I did not contact the company to address the problem since the overall price was still less expensive than other vendors.

Terrible company, horrible customer service. 6/14/2017 1:53:17 PM
Part number that was stated was the incorrect part, they made some excuse that it was correct. It's obvious that the part was packaged incorrectly but they didn't want to even look into it for me. I returned the part within a couple of days and here it is a month and a half later and they still haven't issued a credit on my credit card.
Ordered the part with the same number with repairclinic.com and it was the correct part and shipped it immediately for less money too!

Service was terrific. I ordered a spring for a B & D weed eater. I saw a number on the list that was a match to my weed eater. Spring was too large. I adjusted.

They actually sent a set of brushes for a motor rather than a carborator repair kit.Quite a remarkable differance.Never answered their phone or answered emails.I had to go through Newegg to get a refund.Pathetic !

Never sent the item, I called USPS and they told me that the seller never delivered package to USPS. The seller did not wanted to provide full refund. Avoid this seller with all your might.

A nightmare to deal with. The seller does not reply to messages, either from myself or Newegg, and ships defective products -- with no effort to resolve their mistake. After one last go-around, I will likely have to open a dispute via Paypal. Just ridiculous. Avoid at all costs.

Tried to return my order to them, and never received a refund. Had to get Newegg involved, who finally, two months later, refunded my purchase themselves.

Suggest looking elsewhere, especially based on all of the other negative reviews. I'm not sure why this company is still selling on Newegg.

Seller marked items as shipped on November 11th. Nearly a month later, and USPS still reports that they have not received the package.
Repeated attempts to contact the seller and Newegg have failed to elicit a response.
Avoid Newegg and especially Buckeye Tool Supply.

Placed my order on 8/20/15 USPS Tracking showed they were notified and had a tracking # but there was no movement until I told Google Trusted Stores on 9/3/15. It was finally delivered to my local Post Office on the 8th (thank you Google I guess). I couldn't pick it up until I could get to the PO during business hours to could pay $2.28 postage due. I did contact Newegg CS first because usually no movement on tracking means there's a problem I was told call back when the 14 day time period is up. So after 20 min on hold I was told to wait til its really late. 3 weeks and still had to pay postage

Disappointing experience with this seller. The item was returned, but the seller did not refund my money, nor did they reply to my attempts to contact them. The good news is that Newegg stepped in and took responsibility for the refund since the seller was represented on their website. Very disgusted with Buckeye Tool Supply, but very impressed with Newegg!

Apparently that's where my package went. I waited the requisite maximum 14 business days, after which I reported that I had not received my item. The agent said they had to send a request to the actual seller, which they did. Two business days later, I have not heard a peep from either one. I emailed them over the weekend, saying I would dispute the charge to my credit card if this situation was not resolved by COB today. Having heard nothing, it remains unresolved. Stay away from these sellers!
