- Returns Policy
Returns must be received within 14 business days of the RMA# being given to the customer. If a return is received after 14 days we reserve the right to reject the package.
Restocking fees can be avoided if store credit is chosen over a refund.
All merchandise, except paintballs, clothing, batteries, electronic boards, all skateboard gear, and markers "guns/Airsoft/Paintball Guns", that are returned for any reason, Will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, and may only be returned in like new condition and unused within 20 days after initial order.
Markers "guns" will be subject to a 30% restocking fee, and may only be returned in new condition, unpackaged, and unused within 10 days after initial order.
Paintballs can only be exchanged or credited if they where damaged because of shipping. Damaged paintballs must be called into DoroPaintball immediately within 10 days after initial order. Paintballs will only be credited or exchanged for the exact same brand and style, other brands and styles may be given in place depending on what is in inventory.
Clothing that has been worn 'used' can not be returned.
Electronic boards and batteries can not be returned for refund. Electronic boards are checked for damaged parts before they ship.
Skateboard equipment. Due to the nature of skateboard equipment there will be no returns allowed once a package is opened. If the package is unopened it may be returned in accordance to our policies with a restocking fee up to 20%. No skateboard equipment can be returned after 10 days of its shipment.
DoroPaintball does not provide warranty service for any of the products sold by DoroPaintball. Most manufacturers have a product warranty for their equipment and should uphold them (Check with specific manufacturers for warranty information and details), DoroPaintball.inc will help you the buyer with questions regarding manufacturer warranties. All returns must have everything included in them that was sent with the merchandise, including stickers that are already on the merchandise along with a copy of the invoice received with the order, or the return will not be accepted. DoroPaintball must be made aware that the buyer is or would like to return merchandise before they are shipped and returned from the buyer. Sender is responsible for all shipping fees. DoroPaintball will not issue credits to customers on returned or canceled orders with-out merchandise that was sent to the buyer, being sent back and received by us. DoroPaintball will not refund merchandise that has been damaged in shipping due to incorrect packaging by the customer, merchandise damaged due to incorrect packaging will be returned at buyers cost. merchandise will be held if buyer does not pay for return fees on damaged returns that are to be sent back because of incorrect packaging.( STICKERS, BUMPER STICKERS, AND BUSINESS CARDS CAN BE KEPT BY BUYER ). Used Markers (Guns/Airsoft/Paintball Guns):
Used markers will not be accepted as returns. This includes markers that have been taken out of there original containers. If still under warranty markers may be sent into the manufacturer for warranty repairs.
1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
