This company advertises as 1991-up, this item is not 1991-up. When calling the company for support I receive call drops and hangups. Also, after telling the company that their parts don't work I'm told I should know the part numbers I'm ordering instead of relying on what the company says their parts will fit. Will not buy from this company again and probably won't order from newegg anymore considering they are allowing this type of sale through their site nowadays.

Comments: After messing up my order, they send me the remainder of my wires. But wires don't work that way. You can't just tie them together again, especially power wires. They messed up the replacement and sent me a 2nd replacement. I have yet to receive either. So my system is complete except for the orders the messed up on. In the meantime, they harass you will email after email after email when they can simply pull it up in their system. Shipping is filled with ppl w/o brains and so is their customer service. I WRITE IN CAPS, DO NOT BUG ME WITH MORE EMAILS, YET THEY SEND 3 in RAPID SUCCESSION AFTER THAT. By this time, I don't care when that junk arrives anymore. I am so mad now. Spend a little more somewhere else and avoid these brainless that can't do anything right, can't look up an account, and HARASS AND HARASS AND HARASS.
LEARN TO LEAVE PPL ALONE WHEN THEY ASK. I JUST WANT AN UPDATE ON MY ORDER AND LEAVE ME ALONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very Poor Customer Service; No replacement of wrong part sent 1/20/2015 6:42:57 AM
DO NOT USE this company. They sent me the wrong bulb and kept giving us the run around and their customer service was EXTREMELY UNHELPFUL AND BAD. After finally getting to speaking with a manager they asked us to send them pics of the item we received. We sent the pics promptly with emails and phone calls however no action has been taken on their end.
Please refund my money or send me the correct bulb.
We have also responded to your company queries but have not received the replacement bulb.
We will follow-up with the fullest legal action and negative social media options if we do not receive the correct item that we payed for, or receive a full credit.

This company will waste your money by sending expensive items via the mail without proper packaging. Then they will waste your time by having you send them their junk back on your dime because they couldnt spend and extra 30 cents on some proper packaging. Overall would have been cheaper to go to BestB*uy and you dont have to wait. Second time I've been disappointed. Not "Newegg" friendly.

purchase a pyle car mp3 player fm transmitter.on 1/25/2014 right out the box it did not work....this is very poor on hifi sound connection part it ani't good thing to take
purchaser money and the product doesn't work then you tall them is a restocking fee of 15% off of 11.99 product. I could only say my FB WILL BE BLASTED WITH THIS ITEM....

Excellent product. I felt like I got a bonus. The item was such a good price that I figured I was going to get the basic model. The description did not indicate that the rear rail option was included, but it was. Other vendors charge $69 for this option and it was included for no extra charge. It also came with a full set of hardware. So, while the description did not indicate these two things, they were absolutely positive surprises. I live 4 hours travel time from their location but they shipped out the same day and via ground shipping I received it the next day. Would definitely do business with HiFisoundconnection again!

Worst experience with an internet company. First off I received a defective product. Had to send it back. Then I have to pay the $20-40 in shipping for what was there error in sending me a defective product. with that being said, I would have been far better off going through Crutch---field. Don't waste your time or money with this sad excuse for a company.

RMA process misleading 6/28/2013 7:18:09 PM
My original purchase happened to be defective, well it happens, I had got a packing-slip with my purchase saying if my item was defective, that I could send it back for a replacement "At no cost to me." So I did that. shipped it back, after getting my RMA number. I never received any confirmation that they received the item, until I actually emailed them for an update about a week after they received the item.

A week later they finally sent the replacement (2 weeks after they got the item back) Unfortunately this is where it gets bad. I had to send about 2 emails to support that were repeated as they hadn't responded to the previous emails I had made. I inquired to a refund for my shipping cost back to them (which was over $18) They told me that they don't cover return costs for defective items, despite in the packing slip it says otherwise. They obviously had falsely represented their return policy, leaving me out almost twenty dollars, on top of the $108 I paid for my item.

This company has the worst customer service I've ever had to deal with. I have a broken, non working sub woofer and I was told that customer service needs me to go to their website and fill out a form. I can't believe that they have a customer service phone number, but cant do anything about my issue. I must go through their website. I then tried to use their live chat.I was connected and was asking by Aubrey to please wait. I waited over 5 minutes to then get a message that Aubrey has left the chat and I am to leave a message. I left a message and got a generic email back saying I am covered 100% but will be charged a 20% restock fee with a 10.00 minimum. and they do not pay for return shipping. Also defective products will not be refunded!!And if I don't put an RMA number on the outside of the return box.They will refuse it.They never gave me a RMA number. This 35.54 item that doesn't work will cost me 15.00 to ship back and then 7.00 restock fee for a broken item. if they take it.

Ordered two KICKER DUAL 15" C15's from these guys. First one was packaged in a thin cardboard box. No package insulation and was damaged in the corner but still worked. The second was dropped of in my back driveway (a shared drive way) with 3 apartment buildings and my doorbell was not rung nor was a slip left on my door. Just left there and was stolen from my property. When i contacted them about the situation they asked me to verify my address which i did. After another email i sent to them they did not respond. Its been a week with no response. Nothing at all. I wanted this to be sorted out before i gave them a review but if they like to ignore their customers then i guess i will give them a review based on the service i was given.

Did not recive all that I ordered. Tracking info said all was shipped. Note in package said items shipped in differnet box. Then why is ther not a differnet tracking order. I am calling them in the moring. If they resolve this issue I will contact back. Lucky they are in the same state as me so I can contact the attorny genral and file a complaint.
