Returned Products Must Not Be Destroyed:
Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them: in the original box/packaging and with all accessories, etc. In other words just send us back EVERYTHING or a restocking fee of 50% will apply and will be deducted from any refund/exchange. Please note, if the item looks like your dog ate it, and the box or packaging appears to have been in some sort of fireworks experiment, you can probably hedge your bet a refund isn't going to happen… we're just sayin! The ole swap a doosky trick won’t get you very far either so save us both the time & aggravation - don’t bother trying it.

Final Sale Items:
All prepaid items such as phones, sim cards and other items that require activation are considered "final sales" items. Thusly, any item that has been activated is a “final sale” and cannot be returned or exchanged. Dietary supplements, since ingestible, are also a “final sale.”

I ordered the blue tooth ear piece. I received a phone car charger. I contacted them (they are only available by email and they only reply once a day) and they said they would send me the right item. After several more days, I asked them for a tracking number on the item. They told me they could not provide one. I waited several more days and then requested a refund, which I hope shows up on my credit card statement. I am extremely dis-satisfied, as I really need the blue tooth and I am not only unhappy with the supplier, but with newegg, as it feels like a scam.

As stated in other reviews, item supposedly shipped but never went anywhere. The tried to tell me it was lost by usps but after reading other reviews that seems less and less likely. working with newegg to get money back since they have responded to messages or emails. DO NOT BUY

Sold me a worthless item 2/2/2015 11:50:51 AM
I bought an OEM car charger from this person for my phone hoping it would work first and foremost and charge faster than the aftermarket charger I currently am using in my car, but to my amazement, it didn't work at all. And of course I would have to pay to ship it back to them so that would be another $3 spent which isn't even worth the $7 charger.

I received the wrong item and have been trying to get ahold of them for 2 weeks with no success. I have tries to call them and email them and all I get is I am trying to get ahold of them outside of business hours. Beware of buying from this place because if you have a return you are out of luck. It has cost me $90.00 to find this out.

This seller doesn't respond to emails or voicemails. No way to talk to anyone directly. Tracking stated that a label had been made but never went any further. The only email response I ever received was a canned message saying I was writing outside of normal business hours. I wasn't. And even if I was....seriously? STAY AWAY!

DON'T BUY from this seller! They sent me a wrong item and never reply my email for requesting return. After 7 days, Finally Newegg helped me to get a RMA number for refund, However, they don't provide a return shipping label. Oh no! why do I have to be responsible for the shipping of wrong item? I didn't get the item I purchase but I have to pay shipping. Does it make sense?

The item I purchased was listed as new. When I got it the invoice said it was "Open Box." It was USED and HEAVILY. It was in disgusting condition, and a part fell of when I opened it! I contacted the seller who promised an RMA and never sent it instead asking me to call them! I did and left messages that never got returned. AWFUL experience. Thanks to NEWEGG who refunded me and who took the time to respond to me!

Have been using it for about three months and it has been working perfectly. I would recommend one of these to anyone wanting an easy to use trouble free bluetooth stereo receiver. It has served me well and is very dependable. I hope when the time comes, battery replacement isnt too hard.

Packed well and shipped fast. Exactly what I paid for. Last time I purchased from a 3rd party vendor, they tried to pass off used cell batteries as new....so I was kinda wary when I ordered from these guys, thinking I was going to get something used, or worse, something that was knowingly not working when sold. I decided to risk it since I couldn't find what I wanted anywhere else. That gamble paid off and I'm happy to say what I got was brand spanking new, as far as I can tell, and it was fully functional. Bottom line...don't second guess buying from these guys.

I wish I can rate this seller 0 star but I cant. Please don't buy anything from CellularBoys, they charged my Credit Card but never shipped the item. On top of that tracking number was also wrong. I sent email and they never replied.

The order was placed on 8/6, around 9:30am ET. (6:30am CellularBoy time, aka 2.5hrs before they open). The charge was immediate, and poof, money was gone. Got a confirmation email from Newegg, and the following day, 8/7 I was notified by UPS that a shipping label was created, and they were simply awaiting the item to be shipped. Waited until 8/10 and still no movement. Decided to call CellularBoys at the number provided by Newegg. Several calls, no answer. Voice mailbox is FULL, hmmm, can't imagine why.(see other reviews). Newegg advised me to email the company and allow them 24 hrs to respond. I did this, only to have several emails from CellularBoys quarantined by hotmail for not clearing virus scans. Since nothing had shipped, I called Newegg and wanted to cancel the order. Of course this required ridiculous additional hoops to jump through. I paid with Paypal, so thankfully I was able to call them, and get it taken care of. I would highly recommend using someone else.
