iDealXpert Return Policy:
Except for FINAL SALES (see below), if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund (less actually shipping costs since we shipped it free), or exchange it for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date (buyer pays return shipping).
Manufacturer's Warranties are there for a reason; that being said, we are not a manufacturer. If you have a legitimate problem with a product purchased from iDealXpert, either a FINAL SALES item or if the 30 day return/exchange period has passed, it is the buyer's sole responsibility to seek remedy with the manufacturer. Manufacture malfunctions and defective products should be addressed by the buyer with the manufacturer directly.
Returned Products Must Not Be Destroyed:
Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them: in the original box/packaging and with all accessories, etc. In other words just send us back EVERYTHING or a restocking fee of 50% will apply and will be deducted from any refund/exchange. Please note, if the item looks like your dog ate it, and the box or packaging appears to have been in some sort of fireworks experiment, you can probably hedge your bet a refund isn't going to happen… we're just sayin! The ole swap a doosky trick won’t get you very far either so save us both the time & aggravation - don’t bother trying it.
Final Sale Items:
All prepaid items such as phones, sim cards and other items that require activation are considered "final sales" items. Thusly, any item that has been activated is a “final sale” and cannot be returned or exchanged. Dietary supplements, since ingestible, are also a “final sale.”

- Returns Policy
Please obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from iDealXpert before sending back any returns. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number. If you have any questions, please contact our RMA/Service department a at email@example.com or (855) 433-2597. We are open from 9:00am to 3:00 pm PST, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
