I have completely forgot about this order, I actually never received the Altec headphones from them (11/21/2012). I did receive the other headphones I ordered at the same time (Logitec), but this was directly from Newegg not from the Mall.

Hello i place an order on 8/19/2012 and when receive this order i works fine untill now and i did notice that when ever i dock my ipad it does not lock in both sides of my ipad, a friend of mine also purchase this same doc and his came with a rubber insert that holds the ipad in its place, is there away i can have that rubber insert sent to me or other steps i need to take to get that peice that was suppose to be in the box? Rating + 1 These guys are not Newegg Quality

I ordered two stereo headphone/ear buds on 12/12/2012 @ 9:46 PM. I also ordered a Lenovo Ideatab from Newegg at the same time. I got the Lenovo 2 days later and the tracking # the day before. As for the ear buds from this vendor - Firemall LLC - well - it's 12/16/2012 and i just got an email with a tracking # which isn't even valid (meaning, it's not a # that can actually be used for tracking according to the US Postal Service) and yet they are charging me $12.95 for shipping for a 5 to 7 day delivery time which probably cost them $2.45 max from USPS. This is the first time I've ever felt compelled to complain before the product has even arrived. Seriously - if it takes them 4 days to give me a tracking #, and then the tracking # isn't even valid for tracking and they choose to ship it via the cheapest possible method with the longest delivery time and then charge me a shipping price which is almost as much as the product I'm ordering - well - maybe I'll just stick to Newegg next time.

I figured the bluetooth headset I was getting from here was a refurbished item due to such a low price, but I'm not sure if it was even refurbished, it looks like it's just plain used. There are some big chunks taken out of it and the paint is peeling on other parts. The thing works fine for now, but it really looks like it's on its last leg. I definitely won't be buying from this company again if I see them listed.

Rating + 1 Poor, Very Bad

i bought from them Motorola Elite Sliver, after a week they provided me with the tracking number. the next day they sent me an e-mail that my order has been refunded. i call them, and they said we out of stuck. after arquing, they said we can't sell it for this price. i asked them to talk to the manager, and they said the manager is not here, we will get back to you tomorrow. i received an e-mail from them the next day; telling me that the manager will get back to you on Monday. i am tired, and i am just giving up.
I am just telling what happened.
