- Returns Policy
**Customers may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Items that have been opened or had the tags removed are not eligible for any refund or credit.
Opened Strollers, Car Seats, Breast Pumps and Feeding Supplies cannot be returned or exchange due to health and safety regulations. No Exceptions

If the return is due to an error on our part (for instance, if we accidentally shipped the wrong item to you), we will pay all shipping costs involved in returning and reshipping the item to you.
If in the unlikely circumstance, an item you receive from us is defective upon opening it, please contact us within 3 days for an exchange. If it as after the 3 days, you should contact the manufacturer directly. Each product should be covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
For items returned for any other reason, the refund amount will be for the original purchase amount, minus original shipping costs and a 15% Restocking Fee. Buyer will also be responsible for the shipping costs related to returning the product to us.
For any "Free Shipping" items that are returned, the customer will be responsible for the amount of shipping incurred by us in the delivery of the product to you. This charge would pertain to any order that is returned after shipment. You will be refunded for all but what it cost us to ship it to you, and you will be responsible for any costs incurred for shipping it back to us.
Packages that are returned marked "Refused" or "Undeliverable" are subject to original shipping charges and a 15% Restocking Fee. Please double and triple check the address provided in the checkout to ensure accuracy. (Of course, if the error is ours we will accept responsibility by paying the costs for reshipment.)
If an order is cancelled after Seller ships the item, it will be considered a Return and will be subject to the above refund policy. Please note we ship very quickly so please make sure you are certain you want this item before buying it.

1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
