excellent deal - I've had it for awhile. the only complaint is that the cord is very long and easily twisted (assuming from use)... but I spent some time straightening it out so no more twisting.

well worth the price~

Well I usually dont write alot of reviews , but i will take the time to write one for this company. I placed an order wendesday night and received my shipment friday morning. The item was priced as low as any other website I could find it on. It arrived and was double boxed. All the paper work was present and the item was brand new as described.

We purchased a vacuum from BuyHappier which was shipped almost immediately, but could not locate the box UPS had delivered. The wonderful customer service from BuyHappier was very responsive, and all troubles were fixed (there was no problem with BuyHappier's shipping, but with our UPS driver). Overall an extremely satisfying experience. We will not hesitate to purchase from BuyHappier again!

The item I ordered came in great condition and their customer service was truly excellent. Their service was very prompt when they assisted me with a pricing adjustment a few days after I bought an item from them in such a convenient and beneficial way for me! Their customer service was much easier to work with than many other merchants I have used in the past. I will definitely purchase from them in the future and would recommend them to others.

This company stands by what they say in their bio. I tested them on it. I was considering buying a Dyson from them, had a super minor issue with a price and after sending them an email, they contacted me immediately, fixed the problem (in my favor, without question), thanked me for considering them, shipped my vac out quickly after i purchased it, and it works and looks great (refurb. Dyson). I had a follow up question and they got back to me in a matter of 5 hours to resolve. You just don't get that these days. I will be purchasing from them again. I will also be sending them as much business as I can!!! :)

The item I purchased did not meet my needs. I returned the item to Buy Happier. I am waiting to see if I receive credit for my return. Once that occurs lI will be in a better position to rate the experience. They were very nice to deal with during my initial inquiry about returning the item

Slow Processing and Shipping 10/16/2012 3:51:18 PM
It took 3 days to charge and process my order. Then the wrong tracking info was sent, new tracking info was provided a day later. My unit # was left off the shipping address so it was held at ups for another day while the complete address was retrieved from the shipper. Item finally arrived in good condition. Item ordered morning of 10/1/2012 received 10/15/2012.

The product was great and arrived in good condition but the shipping is very SSLLLOOOOWWW..... I ordered the product on Monday (09/03/12) and it didn't ship until Friday (09/07/12) so I didn't get it until the following week. Seems unacceptably slow considering how fast NewEgg and other online retailers ship packages.

The original offer failed to mention that this was a "refurbished" item.
On the other hand, they at least did phone me prior to shipping about the error.

Took 3 days to get a tracking # and 1 more day for them to cancel it and leave me not knowing what was going on. They never answered my email until after I finally put in for a refund and later got a drop ship from Dyson?

Good prices and products--questionable shipping 8/10/2012 3:24:31 PM
I bought a Dyson DC39 canister vacuum cleaner and while the transaction and delivery were within expectations, the Dyson box had taken a beating.

This is strange because the vacuum was double boxed: the original Dyson box was then wrapped up in a larger brown box with air bags to fill the open space/void. While the large outer brown box looked perfect (no dents/punctures), the Dyson box seemed to have taken a beating (bent corners and other damage to the exterior of the Dyson box). The internal shrink wrap around the Dyson box could have been easily removed and did not obviously ensure I was the first individual to use the vacuum.

Everything was clean inside the Dyson box and there was an amazing amount of suction, but having never used any Dyson vacuum, I am unable to gauge how loud it should be (makes an unsettling high pitched whistle on wood floors, but again, suction is great).
