I'm giving them 4 Eggs, but they really deserve 3 1/2 due to the poor communications on shipping. The item was in perfect condition, but I must have overlooked the shipping being by USPS plus the tracking number they posted never had any information except to say that it hadn't been picked up yet. It took 7 days to be delivered which is another negative. so if you order from them be prepared to not know if it has shipped or not and Newegg is of no help what-so-ever on other sellers. Personally I think that's very bad business... but then that is just my opinion.

I ordered this for Christmas on December still has not arrived. Six weeks of no communication as to the status and it did not arrive. I checked the status of the shipping On Jan. 11 and they had just shipped it that day.

DVD Combo Drive Title Misleading 1/9/2014 10:58:02 AM
I mistakenly purchased this drive thinking it was DVD Mulit drive. Once I realized my mistake I emailed the company twice/requested an RMA for 2 of the 3 units purchased. They never responded. It was very disappointing that after 2 attempts they didn't respond at all. Newegg should not allow them to sell anything on their site.

I have read many of the past two month's customer reviews and a large portion of them are situations just like mine. I only wish I had read them before placing my order.
I placed my order on Dec 17, 2013 for some 3D glasses that we expected to arrive in 5 to 7 days as advertised so that we could enjoy them during Christmas. They provide a bogus tracking number (Package0000001) that was meaningless. I waited 2 or 3 more days and checked it again and it was still bogus. Now it's after Christmas and we are very disappointed and I still have not received my order or any information as to where it is. As another reviewer said, I wish I could give zero eggs for this company. NewEgg shows the item to be in stock so where is my item? If this is not resolved soon, I plan to leave another review. I have purchased many items from NewEgg for myself and my company, but no more from iNetVideo who at present is advertising 2780 items on NewEgg.

Maybe I am lucky or their service has improved, but the shipping was fast (it was supposed to arrive in a week or two, but only took 5 days) and the package arrived in perfect condition. I am highly satisfied and would gladly order from iNetVideeo again.

I paid for expedited shipping, which claims to take 3-5 business days. Instead the seller used USPS standard shipping, which is equivalent to delivery by horse-drawn carriage. My package has been sitting in Secaucus, NJ for over a week now.

This is more on their customer support than anything else - my package was stolen on arrival unfortunately. I sent customer support an email regarding this - and I realise that there's really nothing they can do about it - but at least an acknowledgement would've been nice. Won't order from them again.

I ordered Silent Hunter 5 on the 18th of December, thinking it would get here before christmas, but no, it finally came sometime in January. when I opened the game it looked brand new, instead of used, like some people have stated. the disc had no scratches or anything, the case was flawlessly undamaged. when I installed the game, it worked with no issues.

the only complaint I have, is mainly the slow shipping. the USPS must be having problems getting packages to people within the 3 - 7 day period, even though Newegg offers 2 day free shipping and 2 years ago Newegg would usually have my items shipped on the same day that I ordered them, but times have changed in a bad way, as far as shipping time goes. it's almost seems worth going to the nearest USPS building and write "Welcome to the Pony Express" on their front door, with a permanent marker!

First I will say that the bundle was a great price,could not have beat it anywhere.My problem was the shipping time, if you read the other comments seems to be normal business practice with this company.I paid $4.95 extra for expidited deliveryand according to the description it should have taken 3 to 5 bussiness days. I placed the order on sunday afternoon, the 6th of Jan.given that it should have arrived on Friday the 10th or even Saturday the 11th (USPS DOES deliver on Saturday),which would have been fine since I was buying as a birthday gift to be given on Sunday the 12th.It did not make to me until today, tuesday the 15th.Even if you count Saturday and Sunday as non bussiness days that is still 7 bussines days,2 days outside of the promised delivery time.Also was given a"tracking number" that may have tracked something but it didn't track this package.USPS website said"this number cannot be used to track a delivery on this website" I feel like you owe me the shipping charge back

update. After 19 days my order from inetvideo finally showed up. I will no longer order anything from inetvideo as this is too long to wait for shipping from them....

Don't pay for expediated! Buyer Beware! 1/9/2013 8:22:49 AM
I paid for expedited shipping, on Bioshock 2. Instead it took these people 3 days to ship the game, and guess what? They sent it economy, looks like Smartpost but may be the worst....Streamlite.
I am very upset.

Ordered a wii game before Christmas. Still have not received it. No tracking number was provided. Spoke to New Egg customer service. They have no idea where it is. All I can do is wait for an answer, my game or a refund. Not Happy!
