Orders placed before 12:00PM (CST Mon-Fri) will be processed same day. Orders placed after 12:00PM (CST Mon-Fri) will process within 24 hours!

The following items are ONLY returnable if they are in their unopened, original packaging. Item(s) must not have been worn, used or altered in any way.

5. Wigs, beards, facial hair or any other artificial hair
8. Prosthetic Noses or Chins

11. Items in Factory Sealed Packages (Blister Packs)
In order to be eligible for a refund, your return must follow these guidelines:
1. Returns must be post marked within 60 days of the original order date.
2. Item(s) being returned must be new, unused and in their original packaging with all the accessories.
3. Return shipping costs must be pre-paid, and the package must be sent with a traceable method that includes a delivery confirmation. If your item is defective and requires us to reship it, we will ship it using the same shipping method that you originally chose.
You are responsible for ALL shipping charges associated with your order(s). HalloweenCostumes will only refund shipping if a mistake is made on our part or if a defective product is received. In cases like this, we will only refund up to a maximum amount of $7 for the return shipping concessions. Please send via a standard shipping methods.
ALL orders that have been Returned To Sender (RTS) due to an incorrect address or refusal of package are subject to a $14 restocking fee. You will be refunded the product cost less this $14 fee if the address you supplied is incorrect. Shipping costs are not eligible for a refund if an order is RTS. Please verify that your address is correct before ordering to avoid these charges.
There is a 20% restocking fee for sending a return without any paperwork. There will also be a 20% restocking fee associated with your order if your items are returned without the insert sheet included with the costumes packaging.
Returns are typically processed within 2 weeks of receiving the item. During the Halloween season (September through November) processing may take up to 4 weeks.
1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
