Rather than the new helicopter toy I paid for, I got a toy loose in a plastic tray, missing the outer retail box, with some of its accessories loose in the shipping box.

Worst online shopping experience ever. 2/5/2013 6:59:30 AM
I purchased a RC Helicopter in 2012 December and was advised that it was delivered on 24 December 2012 and to date I have not been receipt of this item and has gotten no redress. I completely do not recommend business with these sellers.....

I didn't get the product although supposedly their record shows that it was delivered on the 27th of December. They took two weeks to tell me that I need to take up with USPS, who you are kidding USPS who is more $2 billion in red and a government entity will pay attention to my complain. They leave it on the door, if it turns out to be a windy day or you happen to be out for holidays then tough luck.

Quick Shipments 1/11/2013 3:24:28 PM
The shipment came very quickly but the color of one of the items was wrong. I am not going to RMA over having two purple helicopters instead of a blue and purple. Just wanted to say check the contents before shipping. The lot numbers on some of the boxes are wrong.

If zero was available, then that would be rating...finally someone who did not identify themselves called about the r/c unit not working and strut on helicopter being broken in package...3/4's of a month before I got a chance to speak to a person, and their statement was: we don't refund for a broken product, only exchange or give store credit... you will have to contact NewEgg.com for a refund.... what a crock!!!!! Newegg shoves it off on MyFunkyPlanetCorp and they shove it right back to them... these 2 places need to get their act togather and return to the great customer service NewEgg used to have...

Received 1 of 3 items ordered and have been trying to contact them for weeks - All Email and Voice-Mail contact attempts have been ignored -New Egg takes no responsibility for their resellers

In our original message we said that Fedex had confirmed that the weight of the package indicated that three units were processed and delivered to your door by Fedex. We would like you to please send us an photograph of what you received for us to go ahead and file a claim with Fedex and send over your missing items.

The Company will not give me an RMA # after repeated attempts to contact them. In every email there is this message. "To review the status of the request and add additional comments, follow the link below:
***URL is Removed***".

How can I click on it, if you brainiacs Removed the URL??Honestly!!! After 4 tries at emailing, I have decided to dispute the whole transaction with my CC Company. Do not Buy from them, their customer service is horrible and non existent.

They said my order shipped on 12/18/12 and as of 01/03/13 I have not received my shipment. They did not provide a tracking number either (Even though I paid $15 extra dollars for their expedited shipping). They will not respond to emails. So far Newegg has not been of help. They basically robbed me of $75.

They said shipped but NO tracking number provided. It has been 8 days and have not received my items. It was supposed to be within 2 -3 days in California to receive my order.
