Litterboy Pet Products is located about 45 minutes north of Seattle, in Arlington Washington. We got into the business when we got the Boys (Baxter, Scout and Bentley) had a heck of a time finding Cat products at a fair price. Been in business since February of 2000
All of our Products are Brand New - Not Manufacture Seconds or Refurbished. Being that we are an Internet Retailer a few products will ship in "Plain Box" version, since a display box is not needed and adds the overall shipping cost, if you have questions about a certain product - please ask.
We ship via USPS or UPS normally. If you have PO BOX and Street Address please provide BOTH.

- Returns Policy
We will accept returns that are new, unused (Items that have been used by you or your pet cannot be returned) and all original accessories and packaging / wrapping materials are present / intact.Items must be in resalable condition All Products that meet the above conditions returned to us are subject to a 15% restocking fee. (Shipping Charges are non-refundable) After 30 days (from date of purchase), please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty for your product.
All Returns require a Return Authorization Number; please contact us Orders@Litterboy.com Please return merchandise insured with prepaid shipping. Returns without a Return Authorization Number cannot be honored. If any product is received damaged please retain packaging material for UPS / USPS inspection and claim. Contact us at Orders@Litterboy.com Credit will be issued after inspection of the product and the return requirements stated above are met. DO NOT return damaged or used products, credit WILL NOT be issued. Please do not affix any labels or stamps to the retail box of the product.
We do not require a signature but based upon address UPS may require a signature. You will have 3 attempts to pick up the package or request it be delivered to an alternate address. If the package is returned due to failure to pick up, the actual shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
