Rating + 1 Despite good communication initially, seller became unresponsive at a point.

The seller was pleasant at first, kindly offering a discount on the shipping for a relatively small item. However, when the seller was informed that he had sent me the wrong item, he refunded the item charges but not the shipping charges.

I emailed the seller 3 times, asking him to respond to my request for a refund of shipping charges, considering that he sent me a different item than the one shown in the advertisement. He was completely unresponsive and in the end it was NewEgg who refunded the shipping charges, not the seller. It was a fair amount of effort to recover what were relatively nominal shipping charges.

I ordered a pack of 24 AAA batteries and they sent a pack of 4. I contracted Newegg and they emailed the seller on my behalf and I waited a week and there was no reply. I called Newegg again and they escalated the matter and tried again to contact the seller to no avail. 2 weeks later they tried for 30 minutes with me on the phone and still the seller wouldn't respond. Newegg finally refunded my money. If I could have given one egg I would have. Do NOT waste your time like I did buying anything from this seller.

sent wrong item. and i paid for freight to return. its been 2 weeks. has yet to receive refund.

Rating + 1 Horrible!!

Seller sent the wrong items then wouldn't return emails asking for RMA. I had to get Newegg involved to get anything done. It's sad that sellers like this are allowed to be on here. Worst part is, they are located in California.

Replacement part was not as described and did not fit. We have tried several times to get a refund and/or return authorization and have not been able to get it resolved. Considering not using this service anymore.

Rating + 1 Extremely poor packaging

The flimsy cardboard packaging was delivered broken open and re-taped closed. Loose parts inside the packaging are missing so that I can't use the item without additional expense (and time) replacing them. This vendor should have anticipated that the flimsy cardboard box the item came off the shipping container from China in is NOT up to the challenge of individual shipment, and they should have packaged it more securely before handing it off to FedEx.

Rating + 1 Very Disappointed

The hammer arrived just stuck in a flattened cardboard box with no paperwork (receipt/packing slip/return info) or packing wrap. The head of the hammer had oily dirt on it. The leather handle was scratched and nicked. The claw was dinged up and repainted. Yes, it is a hammer, but I expect it to look "new" when I receive it. I ended up purchasing another hammer as I was too embarrassed to give this one as a gift. It also arrived over a week late and so the gift was late as well. Do NOT recommend this site.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
