We ordered a recorder from this company and it was never delivered, after tracking it - it was located in a post office in Connecticut...we are in Michigan. It took several days to get a response from this company because they do not answer their phones, you can ONLY leave a message. After several days I was advised via email that they would try to recover from where it was and possibly send us another one. The original order was placed on June 18, it is July 24 and still nothing, no response, no email and still no one answers their phone....I would NOT recommend this seller, nor will we ever place another order through them...Advanced Lamps EVER again.

I'd give them 0 eggs if I could. I purchased two Lifeproof cases (one for my husband, one for myself), had issues with the case covering the front camera for my iPhone, and called Lifeproof for a warranty replacement. I found out that the cases I'd purchased were counterfeit.

So yeah, I wouldn't recommend buying from them unless you want to question whether a warranty would be valid.

Ordered product on 7/3/14 and requested expedited shipping. My account was charged but I still have not received the product and the tracking number I was sent is bogus. These guys are a ripoff and Newegg doesn't care either.

My credit card was charged and I received notification that the item had shipped, but when I didin't receive it in over a week I checked into it. Seems it was never shipped. I received a refund, but I would never order anything else from this company. Like to know why Newegg deals with them.

so apprently i ordered an item that was discontinued so their line of distributer just didnt bother with it. which deserves 0egg. But once they were notified, they actually hunted down this item. which deserve 5 egg.

No issues with the product itself, however had issues with the seller. I paid for 1 day shipping, however they sent it 2-3 day. When I called newegg, they were no help and told me to contact Advanced Lamps. I contacted them, and they said they were sorry and would refund the difference. I have yet to see the difference refunded. I would avoid this 3rd party seller!

Hello, we are glad to hear the part is working well for you! We have processed refund for our error. The part was shipped 2-Day Priority instead of the intended Next Day Air due to human error in the warehouse. We have refunded $28 of the $33 spent on shipping. In the end, the part shipped 2 day air for the cost of ground service. While we know this does not get the part to you with Next Day service as intended, we do hope it helps to compensate for the slight delay in shipping. Thank you again for your order and support.

Still haven't received my product, was charged for it!!! Getting nowhere because "it's third party" and the company is unreliable. Will probably never order from Newegg again if they can't back to people they supply you to order from!!

I placed my first order on Newegg on April 13th. I didn't realize at the time that there was a separate Marketplace section. I selected two day expedited delivery, and was issued a USPS tracking number with an expected delivery day of April 16th. It is now April 28th… after getting the run around from the post office for quite awhile I’ve learned that the item was never actually given to the post office. I’ve left several voicemails and emails with Advanced Lamps, but have received no response at all. Researching Advanced Lamps on the better business bureau, you will learn that they have an F standing with the BBB. This is not a quality organization, don’t use them.

I ordered 2 bulbs from your company on 5 Feb 2014. I received a Confirmation E-mail from Advanced Lamps saying the bulbs had been shipped 11 Feb 2014 and they could be expected to arrive on 13 Feb 2014. We finally received them 25 Feb 2014. When we tried to install the bulb, we noticed that it looked nothing like the one we were replacing nor did it look like the one we had ordered. The box says that it is a ‘LT57LP’ bulb and is supposed to be the same as a ‘LT55LP’ which iswhat we ordered. On 11 Mar 2014, I contacted Christine at Advanced Lamps, sent her pictures of the two bulbs (to show the difference between the one we received and what the original bulb looks like) and the type of Projector we were using and was told I would be receiving a return shipping label in my e-mail that afternoon. I have e-mailed Christine to remind her of the shipping label and called her on 20 Mar 2014 2014 but to no avail. We have not received shipping label to return the bulbs as of 4 Apr 14.

I agree with Atom, I ordered this less than a month ago and have already emailed them. I have yet to receive a reply back.

Sanyo 610-309-2706 Replacement Projector lamp 11/11/2013 11:40:49 AM
Order was quick to arrive. One small issue so far is that the projector seems to require cycling thru power on mode twice before the bulb lights. Other than this issue, the brightness is greatly improved over the old worn out bulb.
