Delivered faster than said. Hooked up and bike started up great. No problems just took out of box and put in bike. Can't get much easier than that, at half the price of the stores around me.

Very poor product quality and even worse customer service. 6/15/2016 7:25:56 PM
The battery kept 'beeping' from the day I installed it, which was a few days after I received it. Because of this, I called Chrome Battery to tell them about the problem. I was required to leave a message for them because they do NOT have a human answer their phones. I left my name and number and the nature of my problem but have never received a return call from them. The battery is still beeping on a random basis. I AM TOTALLY DISSATISFIED WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE and the battery is of questionable value.

Took 2 weeks and 2 returns to get it right 11/19/2015 8:35:32 AM
The original RBC7 replacement battery kit I received had come apart during shipping. The RBC7 is two 12V batteries that are supposed to be bonded together with double-sided tape but the tape used during assembly was inadequate to make it through shipping. Once the batteries came apart, the fuse that is mounted between them was damaged. I contacted Chrome customer service and after 30 minutes was issued an RMA. Six days later I received a replacement RBC7 that had failed in the very same fashion even though I explained exactly what had happened to the first kit. Another 30 minutes and another RMA - this time I was promised a manager would oversee the assembly and packing of the replacement. Three days later I received an intact RBC7. I've purchased Chrome batteries before and the quality has usually been on par with the OEM units but not this time. Chrome customer service was great but I still lost an hour processing RMAs and went 2 weeks without a working UPS. Not worth the savings.

Originally sent me wrong item. They did re-send the right item and an RMA for the return of the other BUT they seem to expect me to pay for their mistake. I've been waiting on a shipping label or ANY type of response from this seller for weeks now. The RMA# they sent has expired about 10 days ago and no response. I had contacted Newegg a couple weeks ago regarding this issue and they sent the seller a message requesting a label be sent to me. The way I was explained the situation is that if I don't return THEIR mistake they will charge my credit card for it.

Painful experience - almost not worth the trouble 12/11/2013 6:19:16 AM
I ordered 150 AA batteries on a sale with free shipping.

I received order confirmation. Later that day I was notified that the batteries were on back-order and that I could cancel or wait 3 weeks. I opted to wait and asked what they were willing to do for the inconvenience. They were willing to throw in a 50-pack of AAAs and a 10% coupon for next order. Great service, so far.

I waited for the expected day and then when no word came e-mailed. Another delay of a week. I waited and then e-mailed again. Another delay. I waited again and then e-mailed. Order had already been shipped, without notification. Order received and package was shoved into a too-small USPS envelope. Bad! The 50 AAA's were missing. I e-mailed. Said they processed the back-order first, then the "new order." ??? That package arrived damaged as well and without shipping notice.

Never got 10% coupon. They never responded to why they don't notify when order ships, either. Probably won't order again.

Ordered some AAs back in early October but was told stock ran out. As compensation for waiting until early November I was to receive a AAA pack. Now at the end of November I finally received my original order minus the promised compensation. Apart from the first email informing me of the stock issue, I had to email them for any updates. Each correspondence was unprofessional and contained misinformation about the status of my order. Products are inexpensive and decent but I am greatly disappointed in the customer service I received.
