Rating + 1 Seller I won't buy from

Ship me the wrong item, with out checking with me simply refund my purchase, how about my return shipping cost? I did not get anything from this seller but I have to pay the extra money on returning the item to him?

Or If you want to send me US Postal Service delivery confirmation number when you ship back,
I will be glad to ship as soon as I receive that so you don't have to wait until it returns to me.
I hope you will understand that a few bad apples out there that do not return the incorrect item have made me have this policy.
I will reimburse you shipping back when it returns.if United States Post Office 1st Class mail is used. We cannot pay for use of premium costs for return shipping (Express, Priority Mial. UPS, Etc)

Got my Iotie dashboard holder for my Samsung Note in just a couple of days from ordering it. Much faster than I would have expected from a secondary provider of NewEgg. Yes they were faster than NewEgg!

Great price and fast shipping. I ordered something directly form newegg on the same day that I ordered from this seller. The item from newegg shipped form much closer to my home but still isn't here and won't be for a couple more days. With all of this waiting that I am doing, I am gratefully that this seller offers fast free shipping.

Rating + 5 Great Seller Stands behind products it sells

I was very happy with this seller. I bought an item that at no fault to seller had an issue. I emailed them and immediately advised they would replace it. They sent me a new item asking that I return the old one. They did not make me wait until I sent back the defective one. Really a upstanding seller and order arrived very quickly to east coast. Very happy with seller.

Rating + 1 Do not ever use a market place seller

Do not ever use a marketplace seller. If you order wrong item like I did, then you better keep the item youself. Because send the item back for a refund is pain in the neck. Moreover, newegg will scr*w you because you are using a marketplace seller. Newegg is not responsible for this transaction. I bought the item using NEWEGG, Come On This is how they trade a loyal customer who has been with them for years?

Must be close to New Orleans. I made the mistake of ordering from the other vendor option which was a little cheaper, but they took as long to ship the product that I received the product from Klassicase!
