Rating + 1 Will not cancel an order

I made an order through Unlimited Cellular and saw it was from New York and canceled it with in 5 minutes called United Cellular left a message and they sent the order any way. Newegg also contacted Unlimited Cellular and they sent it any way.
Be carful don't order from Unlimited Cellular

Rating + 1 Product sent incomplete, poor customer service

Have been contacting both vendor and Newegg to resolve, item was a gift and as such was incomplete in the box. Completely ruined gift, poor at best customer service and unreliable, hoping Newegg can come through. Don't deal with them.

I received the incorrect item due to packaging error by seller and was told that I would have to pay to send it back for a refund. Not impressed with having to spend money on something that was packaged incorrectly by the seller and it became my responsibility.

I sent the message below and received no response from unlimited Cellular. I had to buy another cover and keep the cover I couldn't use.

I needed the cover for Samsung S6 Edge PLUS. I think I made a mistake on this order.

If you have Samsung S6 Edge PLUS cover, I will take it.

Rating + 1 Horrible customer service

I ordered a phone case as a Christmas gift. The case arrived quickly, but the wrong case was sent. I have contacted customer service twice and have yet to hear a response. I am still waiting to hear back, and now it is too late to wait for a replacement since I needed the case for Christmas. I would not buy from this seller again.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
