Rating + 1 Hope you ain't in a hurry.

Don't think for a second that the tracking number they provide you with is going to have anything to do with your actual order. It won't. Also, don't think that they will be able to tell you when you will get your order. They won't. They will not ship it when they are supposed to, and they will not care if it's an issue. Do not use these people.

Rating + 2 Sent Wrong item

I ordered a green bracelet for my GF for Christmas and about a week before i got the package from them and gave it to her only to find out it was the wrong color.

It was a amber color even throw the receipt in the box showed a green one.

I called the supplier and found out that they were out of stock of the color i ordered before i even ordered it but didn't change the status on Newegg. also i asked if they just decided to send me a random color when they realized it was no going to become in stock before Christmas. They said yes!

The reason i didn't give them one egg is because they refunded my money and let me keep the product.

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.

Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
