Return Merchandise Authorizations can be requested through your account. Please be specific when sending an email with the exact reason for your return so that we can handle your request in a timely and accurate manner. TheLatinProducts reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with our Returns and Refund Policy.
Please protect your return by getting a tracking number and/or insurance from the US Post Office, UPS, FEDEX or however you choose to return the item. You are responsible for the safe return of all items.

Please note that TheLatinProducts will NOT cover shipping charges associated with the return of any item. If there is any other issue with an item that was sent to you (incorrect product, damaged) please contact us for assistance. We will cover shipping costs and send you a return label if the return is a result of our error or the product arrived damaged.
Please keep all the contents of damaged shipment as we will require them back for a refund and/or we will require pictures of damaged items.
All returns are subject to a restocking fee for up to 50% and will be deducted off the total refund due to you. Refunds apply only to returned merchandise - shipping fees are non-refundable.
In the event a package is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable, we will process the order as a return. We are unable to reship orders that are marked as undeliverable. You can place a new order at any time. In addition, if you contact us after your order has been placed regarding an incomplete or incorrect shipping address; we will not be able to correct the address.

**Grocery products are guaranteed to have a minimum shelf life of 30 days from the time of your purchase.
**Grocery items purchased from Products Distributors LLC including food, personal care items such as shampoo and skin care, and household items cannot be returned per our Refund and Return Policy here stated.
1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
