Onkyo Receiver I received was defective. However, seller promptly generated an RMA and I was able to return it for a full refund. I believe its an issue with Onkyo, not with the seller.

When I placed my order, I was unaware that I was ordering from a third party rather than directly from New Egg. When I discovered that, I nearly cancelled my order because I was worried about doing business with a company I never heard of. I am glad I did not. My order arrived extremely promptly a few days after I placed my order, even though I used standard (free) shipping and even though the item was not eligible for Shop Runner. The stereo receiver I received was exactly what I ordered, it appears to be brand-new and factory-sealed, and the seller turns out to be an Authorized Reseller of the manufacturer so I know my warranty will be valid. I had reason to contact the seller while my item was in transit, late on a Saturday, and Audrey bent over backwards to accommodate my request. She was professional, courteous, accommodating, and kind. The interaction with the seller could not have been better. I am very impressed, and I have taken note of who the seller is (turns out, it's a bona fide, reputable, local chain of electronics stores in the Midwest who happen also to sell through New Egg and others as a third-party seller) and will look for them in future.

Ehh not too good - very mono, tinny sound not stereo!, i wish to share and also NO volume so its one sound setting..its cheap but you get what you pay for, so this cheap version of Skull Candy is not as good as more expensive sets!

Good Customer Service Experience with Our Return 1/17/2017 6:59:34 PM
Bought a desktop computer which worked ok for the first 10 days, but then died and would not power on. Called Electronic Express and spoke to someone in customer service and explained the situation. Got a return authorization the next day plus a prepaid Fedex Return label. Shipped the computer back and got a prompt refund (less a restocking fee because I no longer had the original box, but that was my fault for throwing it away). Even though the item was defective, I would be comfortable buying from them again based on their helpfulness.

Horrible customer service 1/9/2017 1:51:53 PM
Had issues receiving my shipment. Contacted the seller after FedEx instructed me that they (the seller) could request for scheduled delivery based on my work schedule. Customer service reps says he has never done that before and is unwilling to log in to their FedEx account and set it up. He said I could take the day off from work to wait on it or pick it up across town at the FedEx location. Really made me feel like a valued customer. Will actively avoid their products from now on, be weary.

Upon receiving our turntable with a warped platter, we emailed Electronic Express through Newegg's system TWICE!!! Nothing.....no response from Newegg or Electronic Express.

If your experience is different then that's great. Mine was not satisfactory.

Lost my Black Friday Deal Buying Here 12/20/2016 4:10:15 PM
I don't rate a company when a box is delivered. Anyone can ship a box. You learn about a company when there is a problem. I had one, and learned that Electronic Express is an AWFUL COMPANY! My story is simple. I purchased a Samsung 49" 8000 TV for black Friday. The TV arrived damaged. EE offered refund, but will not exchange for a replacement TV. If I want it now, I have to buy it again at full price.

I MADE A BIG MISTAKE BUYING HERE!!! Electronic Express is just a terrible company that does NOT take care of customers when there is a problem.

Update Dec 20: I checked CC statement and the company never actually gave us a refund. They simply kept our money. We were forced to initiate a chargeback.

My advice: If you see Electronic Express RUN.

I canceled my order but they shipped anyway. Newegg told seller to pull back shipment, they did not. So now I'm stuck either keeping the unit or paying half it's cost shipping it back. Skip this seller.

Received a PC that died shortly after first turning on. Called the vendor of the PC first and they referred me to Electronic Express. I contacted Electronic Express and decided to go forward with the rma/refund process. They were very prompt in issuing the label and processing my refund.

Cant comment on tv because they shipped without remote and powercable. Then said they had to go threw their defective items to see if they can find me one. BE WARNED not a good company to buy from. They will ship incomplete items and charge full price.

I have returned an item, unopened and sent back as a return to sender the day after arrival, Electronic Express has had the item for over two full business weeks, and I have yet to receive a refund on the amount. I have also sent several emails requesting information regarding the return (e.g. how long is the typical wait for a refund) without any acknowledgement from the seller.

Extremely disappointed 7/27/2016 4:42:31 PM
Just received the PC. The packaging foam has a gaping hole on one side and has melted onto the case and the rear part of the GPU card. I am so disappointed as I have paid a lot of money for this and waited long enough only to receive it in a bad condition. Tried to process a return and contact seller, but it shows I have to wait 48 hours for a response. I had to call them myself the next day to get a response. They were blaming it on shipping, but it was definitely damaged from the way they packaged the unit. I took pictures of the unit with foam melted all over the GPU and the side of the case as a proof. I have gone long enough without a working PC and it has hampered my productivity at work. I should have bought somewhere else. Now we have to wait more than a week again because they won't send a new one until they received the returned unit.

Completely disappointed 7/10/2016 2:34:03 PM
I was under the impression that the Zen pad 10 included the audio dock keyboard since every picture online it is shown with the audio doc Keyboard. Receiving it in the mail I found out that it did not have the keyboard included. disappointed initially I thought no big deal I can go ahead and order it separately on NewEgg only to find that they do not offer it neither does any other website that I have found offer the Asus audio dock keyboard so if you are purchasing this tablet to be used with the keyboard don't bother it's not worth it
