For days now, all I see when I check the tracking of my purchase is " Your entry does not appear to be a valid tracking number. Please verify your entry and try again. " My credit card has been charges and the others 6 purchases have already arrived.
It feels like a scam and I wonder if OneDealOutlet maybe close to bankruptcy?
Computer built, but without a CPU cooler is sits in limbo! I maybe the only person in history that wished Intel included a stock CPU fan in a 5820k...

Do not trust this seller, it's the worst experience you can possibly imagine. Item was never sent, the seller could not tell me where it was, tracking number never worked, shipping company couldn't tell me whre it was either.

Were no help getting a refund for the item that I never even received, it's been three weeks of going through customer service and I still have not gotten the money back for the item I never even got.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

And I am personally avoiding Newegg from now on for even letting a seller this horrible be a part of their market.

Marked shipped but on Back Order 2/22/2016 11:49:16 AM
They marked the order shipped but the item was on back order. No ETA on item so I cancelled order. The problem is order was marked as RMA'd even though nothing had shipped. At first proposed refund was price of item less shipping. I contacted and asked to correct. They responded and stated they did. Did not see refund and asked when it would be done. They referred me to Newegg but since this company is Marketplace, Newegg stated it was their responsibility for this refund not Newegg. Very disappointed on this as they have had our money for over 3 weeks now. Now waiting on Newegg to follow through on the request for them to cancel not RMA.

After receiving a Chromebook that was then given as a Christmas present to our grandson, he found it to have serious issues. It was returned successfully, but instead of receiving a replacement, I was given full credit. I then had to reorder the item and pay a higher price than I did originally. Emails with Customer Service were to no avail. In the end, our grandson received a fully operable Chromebook in late January.

While we are all happy with the product, I'm not at all pleased with the price increase.

I would not recommend this seller to anyone who wants a product on time. The tracking information given was wrong and the customer service was no help at all. They kept giving me the same incorrect information. Leaving a customer to wonder where their merchandise is is not good. Almost a month to receive a package is great when you don't want the item quickly. I would have chosen a 0 because 1 is to nice.

I have order an CORSAIR RM Series RM450 from this seller. During my experience shortly after ordering this PSU, I have found another one that fit my PC build better. I contacted OneDealOutlet to cancel my order and they surprisingly replied the same day and a couple days later they gave me a full refund. I'm very thankful for the service they provided.

Wish I Would Have Read their Reviews Before Ordering - TERRIBLE - AVOID 1/12/2016 7:47:17 AM
Shipping out took forever. Wrong/Half of the product ordered was sent. They do not answer their phones / ZERO live Customer Service (Which is worse than Bad Customer Service). Now I am in a bind having to wait for product that should have been received a long time ago. Thanks to Newegg direct for fixing OneDealOutlet's mistake. OneDealOutlet aka BTE Computer Inc is a joke and should be kicked from Newegg and the planet as far as I am concerned.

Do not buy from them. They do not have some of the items in stock, they generate a shipping label with tracking information so you could see that it is on its way, but in actuality it is not even received by the carrier. And of course they charge your card long before the merchandise is shipped, if it is ever shipped.

This Seller should NOT be allowed on Newegg. I contacted Newegg (after being on hold forever) on 12/24/15 to request delivery status as the tracking number on the Newegg Website was not functioning. The Seller responded with the same tracking number and the website to track the items. The website says 'Item not found". I followed up on 1/4/16 and it still says "Item not found". I called the shipping company and they said the item was never shipped and advised I should dispute the charge on my credit card. I contacted Newegg and after an hour of being on hold, I requested an order cancellation and refund. Newegg sent the request to OneDealOutlet, and they responded back that they can't cancel it because it already shipped. Clearly that is not true or TNT would not have said the package had not been shipped. Now I will have to deal with disputing the charge on my credit card. What a pain!!!!
