Rating + 1 Return poblem

Movement auto sent me a defective truck part. The wanted me to ship it back. The return shipping would cost more than the parts cost. They refused to send a shipping label.
Now I'm stuck with a part I can not use. Very poor service.
I would not recommend them to anyone.

The items are perfect. Perfect fit,look, and function- makes my headlights look like dirt in comparison! The package came very quickly, and the item installed with no modification at all. I'll be looking for the headlights from this company too.

Awesome company to deal with. UPS had shipping issues, I called TLN Auto Parts...sent them the info they requested and they immediately shipped out a replaced pair. I will buy from them again and recommend everybody do the same. Top Notch Service...which is hard to find in todays world

you can NOT chat on the newegg chat line! It won't send. what a waste of time and effort.
I received a defective headlight (left side) I called for them to send me a replacement as my old one fell apart when I removed. therefore, I DON'T HAVE A HEADLIGHT and it is against the law to operate with only one headlight. I need them to sen me a replacement headlight so I can send in the defective one. It fogs up on the inside. I tried to take a picture that they asked for but the fogging does NOT show up in the picture. I told the lady that at the headlight shop! she said just take more pictures!! She then said just send it in (the pictures) I said lady there is nothing to see!!! then she wanted me to take the headlight apart and get her some numbers!!! I said NO, you go get numbers off another headlight, If I take this apart again it will be to put in a new one. I think I am going to have to put a stop on my charge? this is going no where and the people I am dealing with are total nuts

Buying headlights, I knew there were a few pitfalls to watch out for. The lights I recieved were in great condition, the HALO's, as well as LED's work flawlessly, and the fitment was spot on. Great product, quick shipping, will do business again!

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
