Needed this part specifically, got confirmation that it shipp d then get email from seller saying it wasn't because they listed he wrong part. They said they sent something as a gift and refunded my money. I got my refund but nothing else. Makes me want to stay away from Newegg when they list 3rd party sales. I come to newegg to get parts from newegg not someone else.

I was a little apprehensive after seeing other reviews on this seller, but there were no problem. Item was delivered as advertised, a little slow to initially process, but otherwise on time.

I ordered a 100 amp circuit breaker for car audio. I was sent a hook that sticks to glass,tile or mirrors. Only good thing is I was issued a refund. Now I have to order somewhere else. This seller wasted my time.

Do not buy from this seller. I ordered right angle couplers. What was delivered was some cockamamie plastic wall hanger that was not worth the postage to mail it.

This post was not written as run on text. I put paragraph breaks in here. Just one more example of how bad Newegg is. Don't buy from them, you can find better products for cheaper elsewhere. ---Paragraph break---

I saw the router advertised on your website. "Special order, must log in and be emailed the price." So I logged in and had the price sent to my email. I liked it, so I ordered the router and about a week later when the router was due to arrive, I received an email (ostensibly, so I was told later, from the third-party seller but it came from a newegg.com address so make of that what you will) that both Newegg and the third party were out of the routers and that it would take weeks -- if I wanted it sooner then I should reorder from someone else. I responded that Newegg's website and the third party's website showed the router in stock and ready to go. They responded that they'd helpfully canceled the order for me. What the... ---Paragraph break---

So I placed it again, with a different third-party, even though the price had increased slightly, and this time ordered it next day air. The next day came and in the evening, after the router was supposed to arrive, I received another email (ostensibly from a third party shipper again, but still from a newegg.com address). They said that they'd accidentally shipped the wrong thing so they'd helpfully canceled the order for me but that if I happened to receive it I could keep it for free. Bull. I then received an email from Newegg that my return had been received and that what was in the package was actually what I'd ordered. ---Paragraph break---

I went back to the website a third time and once again the price had increased. But this time I recognized the bait and switch for what it was. ---Paragraph break---

I ended up buying a better router for less then the first price from ... a site that this review won't let me mention... and I don't plan on ever buying anything from Newegg or this Tri Dot again. I recommended that my boss use you a month and a half ago and he switched from the local place in town and bought a large monitor -- I had it shipped to my place because the business was in the middle of a move. The router I had shipped to our new address. ---Paragraph break---

Neither I nor the business are going to order anything from newegg again. You obviously have no control over your suppliers, you let them spoof your email even though they have their own websites and should be capable of sending their own email, and you're obviously employing a bait and switch. The two third-party sellers were probably the same company just pretending to be multiple companies to better do the switch. ---Paragraph break---

Your company sucks and no an apology letter won't fix it. I'm really annoyed at your duplicitous policies and it embarrassed me in front of my boss because suddenly this company that I'd recommended was not being honest with us. ---Paragraph break---

I don't know which of the two third-party resellers this Tri Dot is, probably the second one, but it's not a good company. Not to mention you can get stuff cheaper from ... other sites that this review won't let me mention.

The item displayed and searched for was not what the company had in Stock. They did refund my money, but I was delayed in receiving a vital piece is equipment for my budding. If they would not have taken a order for the item they didn't have, then I could have cut a week of the time it took to receive the proper equipment. Paid for 1 day shipping, but took 4 days to even get the wrong item shipped.

I ordered the product on 2/10/2017. I got tracking confirmation early in the morning on 2/15/2017. Then I got a note about 4 hrs later saying they didn't have the product I ordered and a cancellation/refund resulted.

Apparently this company doesn't know what it's selling or doesn't know what it has or something.

It took 5 days to figure this out?

These geniuses sent me an empty packing box....then when I complained they demanded pictures of the box. The really crazy thing was the packing slip even said contents was 1 shipping box. Then these losers said they were going to request for an investigation from UPS....sounds like a scam to me! If this is the caliber of Sellers that newegg has I will be shopping elsewhere from now on. I read other reviews of this same seller...equally disappointing. Stop shopping this seller and go floss...you'll get more accomplished

Tri Dot Innovation provided a RMA code, but no actual sticker or printable coupon with which to return the product. The cost of returning the item would be the responsibility of the consumer, effectively making the return of the fan almost a worthless experience.

I will not be purchasing from this seller again.

I ordered my set of pans and i was told 1wk later that my item as described was not correct and then told me in another week they would cancel. It took them 3wk to refund.
horrible experience! If i would've known, i would've not waited this long and i would've bought somewhere else. It was a long time until i was able to cook. HOrrible!

I ordered a USB HD Case. I was sent a tiny plastic hanger for some sort of device. After a couple weeks of not getting my original item I contact them and they found the mis-ship and refunded my money without ever asking if I wanted the original item I ordered. They responded quickly to my inquiry, but the interaction left me wanting... namely the USB HD case I ordered. I ordered a different one from NewEgg and that arrived normally. Just bad luck I guess, but it did happen. Probably an innocent mistake.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. If there was a zero rating I would use that. I ordered a product which looked like a good deal and everything was processed. Not one email or phone call to let me know that the product wasn't a product they had or that it had the wrong price on it. Hell they could have refrained from sending anything or charging me and I would have contacted them. Instead they sent the wrong part and now that wastes my time and money sending it back to them. The company hand multiple opportunities to notice that the product wasn't what I ordered and yet they still shipped me the wrong product. Anyway, during the RMA process they said they would send me a prepaid shipping label, and they never did. It cost me $20 bucks to ship a $50 product back to them. This was one of the most frustrating experienced I have every had purchasing a product. Please do not purchase from this company.

I ordered a memory kit from them, they waited 3 days, until my card had been charged and shipment info had been posted, to tell me that they didn't have the item (how are you posting tracking info before you even have the item in hand, hmm?), and they didn't post their listing correctly, so now I have to pay extra to a seller on a certain rainforest-named site for next-day shipping to get the memory in time, and I have to sit and wait for them to post my refund back to my card. Pathetic organizational skills, this is an amateur hour seller. Buy elsewhere, unless you have lots of time to waste. Remember when buying from newegg was reliable? Oh wait, that was Eggheads, and they didn't have an incompetent third party seller marketplace. Way to grease that slide for the downhill ride, newegg.

The seller had listed a product, i had made the purchase. I received an email that the order was shipped 2 days later, no tracking information was provided to me. I waited 30 days for the product to arrive, which it did not, eventually contacted the seller directly and they had told me there was a product listing error and that the product was not in stock. No refund was ever issued until i finally called them and in addition to that, i was never notified that the order was cancelled. My opinion is if i had not contacted them, i would have never got my product and no refund would have ever been issued, they would have just pocketed my money. after further investigation i found that they have numerous products listed and clearly state in stock, but in reality do not really have in stock. i made the seller aware of my findings and they said those incorrectly listed products would be removed immediately. Following up my investigation i checked a week later to still see those "incorrectly listed products" still listed and showing in stock. Newegg needs to further investigate this seller.
