- Returns Policy
IPCam Central offers a 30-day return policy on all items unless otherwise noted on the individual product page. Your return must be shipped back to IPCam Central by the 30th day after the shipping date of your order, or your return will be refused.
For an RMA # please send an email to Customer Service at cs@ipcam-central, detailing the reasons for the return.
IPCam Central will exchange/refund defective units and parts to the customer with no restocking fees. To establish an item to be defective, the customer will have to schedule troubleshooting phone call with the customer service.
For unopened items, - there is no restocking fee for a store credit or exchange for another item of equal or greater value. For a refund there is a 10% restocking fee.
For opened, non-defective items, there is a 5% fee to receive IPCam Central store credit, or a 15% fee to receive a refund.
Please Note: IPCam Central cannot be held responsible for packages until they are delivered to us, so please use a track-able and insured means of shipping (UPS or Fedex) or at get Delivery Confirmation and insurance with USPS priority mail.
The customer is responsible for return shipping fees. For all international returns and exchanges, the customer is responsible for freight both ways. For domestic customers exchanging defective merchandise only, IPCam Central will reimburse ground shipping fees if you send us your shipping receipt, up to $7.95. Please note that IPCam Central cannot issue any other types of shipping refunds.
Please check your order as soon as it is received. We allow only 48 hours from time of delivery to make any claims for missing or damaged items. If your package arrived open please check contents before you accept the package. Inform delivery personnel of any problems. If you do not receive your order within 30 days of receiving our shipment notification email, please be sure to contact us by the 30th day after shipment so that we can file a claim with the shipping carrier and reship your order. IPCam Central cannot be held responsible for claims of non-receipt past 30 days after shipment.
1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
