Rating + 1 Poor Customer Service

I have a problem with receiving my order. I would like to give them zero egg rating. Called seller numerous times. Only talked to an operator and left a message for customer service to call me. It has been 3 weeks since I first called and still cannot get a call back. They have my payment, but I don't have my order. Stay away from this seller.

After reading the other reviews of this merchant, I DID NOT trust this company. However, this is the only merchant online that sells the item I wanted. I emailed the company in advance and asked them if they actually carried the product. Their speedy response was affirmative. So, I went ahead with the purchase. My credit card was not charged until I received a shipping confirmation with a tracking #. The tracking # didn't seem valid so I emailed again to ask. Again, their response was quick and courteous explaining that First Class Flat didn't update tracking #'s. I received the item 4 days later. The item received is correct and Customer Service was good.

Comments: Don't order from this place! They'll take your money and you won't receive your item. Apparently, they're doing this on other popular "maketplace" sites too. Do these websites not investigate before someone sells on their site? You're ruining your reputation by letting scammers sell on your site!

Rating + 1 Charged me and didn't ship the item.

Nothing makes me more angry than an online merchant who charges me when the item is ordered instead of when it was shipped. I ordered a print and was charged and two days later the status was "shipped." Well, almost three weeks later and the item still hasn't arrived. When I contacted NewEgg, I was told there's a problem with my order and I need to contact the seller. Why didn't the seller contact me if there's a problem? Why was I charged for an item they obviously don't have? (It no longer appears on the website, so I'm assuming that's the problem.) NewEgg needs to be a little more careful about who they allow to sell on their site!

Never received the item. Called to check status and they didn't even sound surprised, just said they would re-ship. Asked for a refund instead when I haven't received yet.

Ordered a poster in plenty of time to receive it for a party. And, it shows shipped on the site, but that is incorrect. Called Poster Corp. Promised a call back or email. Nothing. USPS still hasn't received it, five days ago. So disappointing. Better leave weeks and weeks if you order from this seller.
